      Evergreen waste disposal is a terrible business. Their customer service approach is non existent. A couple years ago we were forced to pay 2 months in advance for really no explanation. We were 3 days late for our Nov/Dec payment (but again we paid a couple months in advance) and they have stopped our services and even though we told them we would pay in 7 days they would not restore services. They forced us to pay ***uary in full to restore service even though *** isnt due until the 31nst. my wife had surgery in Nov and with the holidays they gave zero poops about the situation. No community vibe and they dont care about their customers, its also a monopoly as we have no other option

      Evergreen Disposal has had a pattern of not completing the service in which they are paid to do. At least once ever two months, I have to call customer service to inform them that they have not completed the pick up. Calling their customer service is probably the most frustrating part of the whole ordeal, because when you explain to them the problem they ignore what you say entirely and when asking them to issue a credit, they ignore that too or just outright refuse to help. They advise that pick up will happen on the next scheduled date. They also do not send email notifications to alert their customers to changes in the pick up schedule. For example, around Christmas and New Year's they made no effort to make sure I was alerted to any changes. I actually found out by mere chance and by word of mouth that the pick up would be Saturday 01/06/2024. According to their website, recycling and garbage would be collected. When I went outside to retrieve the bins only the recycling was picked up and the garbage bin left untouched. Naturally customer service was closed, so I was not able to contact them again as of this writing, but given their previous responses to my grievances, I doubt they will make any attempt to make it right. They will state that I should make sure the bags can fall freely and nothing is obscuring the waste which is what they say every single time when recycling or garbage was not picked up. To illustrate that there was no such obstruction, I have included a photo of the bin, dated 01/06/2024 as of 1:40pm, that has just three waste bags. This is just one of many such occurrences that Evergreen Disposal has not met the service agreement and failed to render services that were paid for.

      Below are responses to each of ******************** statements:

      1.  **************** has not contacted us "at least once ever(y) two months.  Our system has logged calls from him regarding non-collection on the following since he started service in July 2021:   

      9/10/2021 - cardboard not collected - material was oversized & improperly prepared. 

      2/10/22 - cardboard not collected - material was oversized & improperly prepared. 

      3/3/23 - service collection schedule question. "When is my next recycling day?"

      3/10/23 - called regarding extra cardboard not collected.  **************** was informed that the drivers were still out due to the snow storm & to please leave material out.  He accused the driver of being a liar & threatened to dispute his payment if he did not receive a refund. 

      12/1/23 - called in early morning to report not being collected.  Our drivers are out working until 4:00pm.  Later review of driver notes showed that ******************** recycling partially stuck in his cart.  

       1/6/23 - **************** left a voicemail regarding missed collection.  Stated that if this continues to happen he will contact BBB & dispute his payment.  Customer did not wait for business hours for us to respond before filing his BBB complaint.

      2. "Advise that pick up will happen on the next scheduled day".  This is correct. If a missed collection is due to driver error, we schedule a return pick up.  This has not applied to **************** as there have not been any driver errors.

      3.  "They do not send email notifications to alert..."  This is incorrect.  We have attached the notification that all customers received, as part of their billing, which **************** received. 

      4. "According to their website, recycling and garbage would be collected"  This is correct.  The website shows the holiday schedule and that all services are delayed one day.  This would make ******************** Friday pickup occur on Saturday.

      5.  **************** continues to make statements that are incorrect or irrelevant.  His garbage was collected at 9:19am.  Nothing stuck in the cart, so not sure what the picture **************** included is intended to show.  However, the driver noted that there was a large volume of garbage on the ground, perhaps from the neighbor or ****************, of which he could not decipher.  Perhaps that garbage was placed into ******************** cart after 9:20am.

      To end, there have not been "many occurrences" where Evergreen did not provided the services which were paid for.  If a customer cart is placed out by ******, is not blocked and material is prepared correctly, the cart will be collected.

      I just reviewed the info that Evergreen had provided. The accusation that someone placed more garbage in my bin is 100% false. That is definitely my garbage which is why I sent a photo of it. That service was not completed and I do not accept their response.

      I spoke with Evergreen Disposal on 01/10/2024 to return the call they made to me on 01/08/2024. I tried explaining the issues to the customer service representative, but this was unsuccessful in regards to finding a viable solution. They insisted that it was my fault the garbage was not picked up; however, contrary to their claim that "someone else might have placed trash in the bin after pick up", they said the driver notes stated that the waste was obstructed and would not fall freely from the bin. I advised ******* that this is incorrect as it is a four bag bin and there were only three bags. The representative still would not apologize and asked how the situation might be rectified. I asked for a partial refund to account for the garbage not being taken originally. The representative said they cannot do this and took a very defensive tone and was unwilling to negotiate further, to which I informed them that I would be continuing the BBB complaint process. As of 01/12/2024, Evergreen picked up the garbage from 01/06/2024. The exact same garbage was in the bin as last time meaning that their claim that it "would not freely fall" is incorrect. I have not moved the bin since 01/06/2024 and no more garbage was placed in the bin since that date. This proves that Evergreen Disposal did not complete the job and knew it. Their failure to even apologize shows they are unwilling to accept any fault regardless. If the bin was obstructed in the first place, the garbage would still be in the bin. I will not accept Evergreen's response and still would like a credit on my billing statement to reflect for the day the garbage was not picked up.

      Refused to pickup recycling because paper was in bags to keep from blowing out of recycling container. I have put in bags of wrapping paper and shredded paper on multiple occasions with no issue of pickup, yet today 01.12.2023, they decide they wouldn't pick it up citing the plastic bags keeping paper from flying everywhere out of my recycling bin. Absolutely disappointed in this service. Since taking over the former Cornwlius Disposal and Recycling, they have reduced service overall and increased costs know there is no other option than to take these items sirectly to the dump ourselves. If this isn't a racket, I don't know what is.

      As a resident of the ************************** ****** I'm a customer of ********************************************* and ******************** services I received a notification from said company regarding some pain on my lid containers need to be clean or otherwise they'll be replaced for almost ***** dollars each lid. I call and let them know what I have clean the lids and they said they will be sending someone to check it out. But apparently now they said the lids are damaged and can be usable for the next customer. And git charge for the lids anyway but the paint it's been cleaned up.
