  We were forced to switch to Evergreen Disposal. If I had a choice, I would never use them for any services. They are rude to you when you call them about your bins not being picked up. If they miss your trash, you have to wait until the following week. They usually tell you that the recycling got stuck or you didn't get your bins out in time. (I put mine out the night before pick-up) I missed a payment 5 years ago, since then, we've paid on time every time, but my account is flagged for nonpayment. (If you have any extra bags they wont pick them up unless I call in advance and pay extra, in advance) I tried to get the flag off of my account after 5 years of paying on time but they just tell me you'll get a call back if the manager can find the time. I called 4 days later and they can't help me. The manager is too busy. There's only one person there that has been helpful. She is the one that earned the one star I would give this company.

  I took garbage hauling for granted until we recently were forced to change to Evergreen.It is now a contentious struggle to get basic service without getting added fees. This company has elaborate policies that are designed to engineer fees and delays that all add up to high cost and terrible convenience. Its antagonistic. Dont take your hauler for granted. Evergreen makes living in my house less fun enjoyable.

  This is the worst possible garbage company there is. I have four kids, two in diaper products so we need our garbage picked up weekly. One week they missed it, I called and spoke to ***** and he tried everything to blame it on us. The driver put in the notes that it was picked up so in the end ***** couldnt blame us and say it was not out on time. At one point ***** tried to say maybe its too full and the garbage is stuck. I mean really?!? By the end of the conversation ***** said they could send someone out four days later at no additional charge. They acted as though they were doing us a favor by not charging us extra for their mistake. They also made it clear that if there were any bags hanging out at all we would be charged even though they were picking our garbage up four days late. If I could give them zero stars I would. If ***** would have even just assumed responsibility as he should have, I probably wouldnt have cared but the fact that he was so rude and condescending and trying to blame us was just a lot.

  These people act like the are the mob , they can do whatever they wish Pick up or not pick up. They missed a scheduled pick up cardboard, we pay them to take from our warehouse, I was out there today and asked the driver to take more than in the Bin due to missing a load and its piling up he said no and told me to call the office , so I did only to be told that they will not return before next pick up date I said fine Ill have another company do it , she told me its unlawful to hire my own private person to pick up , so I said bull Ill call my lawyer and the city about this , as I know its my cardboard and I can sell it to far west recycling and hire anyone I want to take it ., she hung up ., then *******. Called to tell me I cannot call there or approach there drivers again ever !!!!!!! Lol ??
