I wouldn't even give them 1 star if i didn't have to! We met with the saleman for DaBella to do replace our roof and we were sold on the presentation and decided to go with them. The very next night the salesman showed up at our house at 8pm unexpectedly wanting us to sign the loan documents. We were so put off by him just showing up unannounced at night time and said we had changed our mind. A "manager" then contacted us and came out and said that if we don't go with them we would still have to pay $11,000 regardless b/c of the binding contract. We were also promised a gift card at the end of the job. The job was completed in the end of January. We had ZERO follow up! a $27,000 dollar job and not one call to follow up....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The installers broke 2 solar lights that they never mentioned until i noticed and had to call for them to come back and fix, and by fixing they just put tape around it. I also called about nobody coming out to pick up nails and shingles that were still all over my yard and driveway, black marks they left all around my house, and tears in window screens. I called several times, left lots of messages, and never heard back from the so called "project manager" for my job. I called and spoke to someone else in the office who said they would tell him to call us and we FINALLY got a call in APRIL!!!!!! I missed the call and when i returned the call and even texted, once again i didn't hear back. I finally got ahold of someone in the office in JULY (again, project ended in January) who said they would send someone to clean up everything and look at the damage and said it would happen by July 12th.....it is now the 22nd and i have yet to see anyone. It is the worst customer service i have ever had in my entire life and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Horrible, horrible company!! They were in my home for hours and wasted my entire evening. We negotiated a deal that would cost me $11,000, which is a lot of money to me, but apparently not to them. I gave them a $2,500 down payment and they told me they would be calling to set up an appointment. A nice lady called me the next day and said she would be my contact and would let me know when they would be coming to do the work. I was so excited to get the work done and I was anxious to get started. I waited for 2 months without any communication. I finally called and asked when they would be coming to start the work. After waiting on the phone a manager came to the phone and said, "Didn't anyone tell you? Your job is too small for us. If you had more work for us to do, then we could do it, but you're not spending enough money with us". Evidently, DaBella is not willing to keep the promise they made to me. They don't care for the little people, which is how they made me feel. They only care for those who can afford to spend $$$$$$. Who treats people like that?? DaBella does! They don't care about you unless you're willing to give them a lot of money. And apparently a written agreement with a substantial down payment doesn't mean a thing to them. Such a pitiful lack of integrity. I've never been more disappointed is a "professional" organization as I am with DaBella -- I'm so very disappointed in their lack of concern for me and their unwillingness to do what's right. Stay away from this company - they tell a nice story upfront, take your money, and then treat you like a low-life. I'm just so sad they couldn't find a way to make good on their agreement, so sad.

I would give a zero rating if I could. I should have researched more reviews and canceled the contract in time. Once the contract was signed, they would not get back to me when I asked to see a virtual picture of what things would look like. Finally, after two months someone came with the computer program. Of course, by then the siding and shingles had been ordered. The siding is installed and is an alright job and the soffits look good. My problem is the old fascia was not replaced according to the contract. The cover over the fascia has screws where the gutters go, so they will not hang correctly. Since my gutters are brand new, I did not have DaBella install gutters. The gutters are laying on my lawn waiting for DaBella to fix their mess before the gutter company comes and rehangs them. I hooked my cable back up but cable and telephone boxes are hanging. They refused to attach the lattice back on the house which my honeysuckle is growing on after I was told they would do that. Thank goodness I supervised them pivoting the lattice out of their way. A small section of fencing was not reattached. Luckily my small dogs don't leave the yard even if the gate is left open. I was told someone would be over two weeks ago to discuss fixing the fascia and covers. They were a no show which shouldn't have surprised me. I am thankful that I refused being talked into replacing the windows on the back of the house which are older. My opinion after dealing with them is all they care about is getting a contract signed. Oh, and if you let them in your house, they are most likely not to leave until you sign a contract.

I agreed to get a quote from Dabella. Their inspection was pretty quick but they ended up staying 3 hrs because of their huge sales pitch on why they're the best. They finally gave me their quote & was more than 3x what I expected it to be. I'm sure they could visibly see how shocked I was because they started talking about how with inflation prices have just gone up so much. I was straight to the point and said that's way too high. They started asking what I could afford each month, trying to switch me from thinking about the total cost and focus on smaller monthly amounts, and because it's the end of the month he can probably get me a better deal. After calling in to their supervisor they suddenly were able to cut the quote in half. I think they expected me to just jump on that huge discount but I said no, I want to do research and get more quotes. He then went hard into getting me to sign a contract right then because prices were "just going to go up". They're very aggressive and good at trying to get a sale and will say anything to get you to sign a contract. I refused over and over and they finally left at 9 PM. Then I got nearly daily calls over the next couple of weeks. I finally answered to ask to be off their calling list and again got a huge sales pitch. Now they're doing a "huge summer blowout" and could cut my quote in half again. She really wanted me to agree to have someone come to my house again (I'm sure to get a contract signed). After cutting my quote in half TWICE it's finally at a competitive price. Do a lot of research, be cautious, and don't let them talk you into a contract before you have gotten many other quotes and feel comfortable with the price. They're all about getting the sale (no matter how much they tell you they're a family company). Sounds like they outsource their roofers locally, so even though the salesman is your best friend, you're not really working with him.

DaBella did siding on my house. I was led to believe that it would include shutters. It didnt. I called them and was told shutters would be federal expressed to my home. 4 weeks latter and no shutters. I have beef waiting weeks to have dumpster removed from my driveway and after numerous calls it is still sitting there. I dont know what else to do.
