1 starI have been charged $1,500 in fees for a website that is not active, and to which I still do not have access. Despite multiple attempts to contact my representative, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution-either in the form of a refund for inactive services or by activating the website as agreed.Currently, I am paying for two hosting services, but only one is active while I have waited 3 MONTHS for this issue with Deslerspike to be resolved. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and support with Dealerspike as a company. When I reached out to the billing department, for 3 months of charges and a non operation or accessible website I was told my concerns were not within their scope and there was nothing they can do. Hopefully this review will help shed some light on my recent experiences I have had with this company for other dealers.Review fromMicah C

Since it has been a whole 2 months since this company's last absolutely terrible review, I want to make sure everyone is aware that absolutely nothing has changed in 2025... nearly every single complaint listed in the previous reviews are exactly what we are personally going through with this company: frequent billing errors, increasing prices with no warning, frequently getting total non-response to anytime support is needed. Attempted to cancel our website last Spring, nearly two months before the next renewal, and our account *** was either completely negligent or willfully ignored our numerous attempts to have our canceled. That never happened, then they conveniently responded the week the contract renewed for another 12 months, and locked us into a $7,000+ contract with no way out and no willingness to work with us despite this ongoing mess being completely their fault. Beyond simply politely refusing to be any kind of understanding or helpful to us, they chose to go out of there way to attempt intimidation and to ensure us that they have every intent to hold us to every charge applicable in their contract (which was never approved by anyone in ownership at our company, mind you) and that they would be turning this over to collections immediately if we failed to comply. Due to character limit restrictions on this review, I am not adequately able to describe how incredibly dishonest, unethical, and unhelpful this company has been. There are no amount of words that could properly summarize how strongly I would encourage anyone that is reading this review to consider doing business with literally any other company before this one.Dealer Spike LLC

********* Details:I recently acquired a business that previously used Dealer Spike as its web management provider. After conducting my own research, I chose to transfer our website management to a different provider and requested the release of my businesss domain name from Dealer Spike for the transfer. I provided proof of ownership transfer from the previous owner and offered to supply the bill of sale. Dealer Spike confirmed that I have no contract with them. Despite this, they are withholding my domain, insisting that the previous owner must settle an alleged breach of contract and personally authorize the ********** interactions with Dealer Spikes account manager, ****** *****, have been particularly challenging. I have repeatedly requested that our communications be conducted via email for accuracy and record-keeping. However, ****** has insisted on phone calls, which I feel increase the risk of miscommunication and make it difficult to keep a clear record of our exchanges. Despite multiple requests, my attempts to escalate the matter to a manager have been ignored, and no further support has been provided to resolve this issue.Desired Outcome:I am seeking the immediate release of my businesss domain name so I can proceed with the transfer to a new web management provider. Dealer Spike has acknowledged that I have no contractual obligations with them, and I believe they should release the domain without further delay or requirements. I hope Dealer Spike will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly, allowing me to complete my transition smoothly.Dealer Spike LLC

Warning: Don't do business with this company! My company signed a contract with Dealer Spike to build a website for us and host it. Our monthly auto-billing was supposed to begin once the new site was live online. During the initial "design stage" of building the website, we got completely ghosted by all Dealer Spike representatives, receiving no response for weeks about our project. I then discovered that they had charged my card almost $1,000 (they had begun auto-billing us for a site that didn't exist). Since I was still being ghosted by our Dealer Spike ***** I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. After that, I received an invoice indicating another upcoming charge. When I got in touch with the Dealer Spike billing department, they said if I wanted to cancel the contract they would "escalate" the issue. I then received an email saying that my company **** Dealer Spike over $9,000 to cancel the contract. They rendered none of the services mentioned in the contract-- there is no website and nothing was ever hosted. Furthermore, we were ghosted and my card was charged during the time we couldn't get in touch with anyone. The owner of my company attempted to go to the Dealer Spike offices in ***********, to speak with someone personally and try to resolve things. However, the building is a fortress protected by tons of security, and there is no way to get in. And, it actually appeared to be empty, with nobody going in or out, even in the middle of a weekday. We're wondering if this company has ever done legitimate business, or if it's just a total scam. My company was definitely scammed, and I'm writing this as a warning to others. Stay away!Dealer Spike LLC

We are sorry for the dissatisfaction with Dealer Spike. As the industry leader in digital solutions, our goal is that every customer be delighted with our product and services. We hold our dealers in the highest regard and work hard to meet their needs. Dealer Spike would not intentionally fail to respond to a dealer's inquiries. Clearly there was a communication problem for which we apologize. We're unsure of the circumstances that would lead to the belief Dealer Spike didn't have a physical location. In April 2023, we transitioned our office to a space at *********************************************************************************************. There may not have been a person at the door, but our employees are there daily. Should you still have any account questions please call ************ or email us at ********************************************************.Review fromAbby C

After asking for our contract and then questioning why we are being charged for a service that is not even turned on our website, the representative we were assigned to ghosted us and will not respond. I called billing and the support team to speak with someone about this issue and both departments want me to contact our representative -- who..won't call, email, nothing. There is no other way to contact anyone within the company. They have not been helpful at all and continue to make us pay for services we are not using. We have been getting overcharged for months with no help.Dealer Spike LLC

This *************** is very unethical. They hounded me with a sales rep back in December of 2018 to take over my website hosting and help improve my list ranking to improve my sales. I signed an agreement for one year of services. I gave them my EPP code not understanding, it was their way of stealing my website and domain name. 5 years later and paying the increased fees of 867,00 a month. They have now stolen my website, but recd payment for this year 2024-2025 with providing a service, but received their payment. I have nothing positive to say about this company. Ive paid them 10s of thousands of dollar over the last 5 year. Im cutting my last check as we speak for ******* to ended any further relationship with this company. This company needs to have a compliance department for its customers to file complains. Its needs to governed by an accredited body of some sort. A state prosecutor needs to call all of ARIs and dealer spoke customer to see how many other clients they have hoodwinked over the years. Please no one ever do business with this company.Dealer Spike LLC
