Beyond Organic Seeds. Order# ********* Place a order for three packages of squash seeds on 3-7-2023 I order a package of Blue **************************** and Candy Roaster squash.I email the three diffrent times starting a week latter after I place my order asking them when my order was going to be ship. I got not respond back from them. The dates I email the was 3-13-2024, 3-14-2024 and 3-19-2024.On 3-21-2024 I got a email telling my my order has ship and was given a Tracking number: ******************************. It did not leave their ficility untill 3-24-2024. My order was deliver on 3-29-2024 and two of the three packages of squash seeds are what I did not order. The one package I did get that was right the seeds have black spots on the. I email the right away telling them the messes up my order. Like in the past I did not hear back from them. I did not recived the goods or services I payed for. I would Like them to refund my money back. I dont have the time to wate over a month to get the right seeds and a replacement of the bad seeds.Initial Complaint

I ordered seeds in January 2024 from Beyond Organic Seeds. I received the seeds in mid-February. The transaction with my credit cartd company was paid on Jan 28, 2024. When I received the seeds, the order was incorrect. While it included some of the seeds I ordered, several were not included and I received several packages of seeds I did not order. I have emailed the company twice requesting they complete the order by sending the seeds I ordered. I have had no response. I did see many bad reviews of the company when I looked it up online. Many of the complaints were similar to mine, no response from the company to rectify complaints. They have no issues processing payments but seem to have issues fulfilling orders and ignoring customers after they have ordered.Initial Complaint

I never received what I ordered (in early Feb 2024) and they never responded to multiple emails to find out what was going on. They sent me a notice of shipment with a **** tracking number, but it never shipped! Their website seems to still be processing orders and taking peoples' money, but I wonder if they are actually even in business now. I ordered on February 7th, they gave me a fake tracking number on the 15th. I have emailed them, tried live chatting them on their website, I waited over an hour with no response, I messaged them on fb no response they haven't even looked at the message. I placed this order on 12/19/2023. It was mailed on 12/29/2023 and I received the package on 1/18/2023 (yesterday). Although I was not happy about having to wait one month for delivery, I understood that the weather has not been the best. When I opened the package, I found the original packing slip contained only the items that were marked off in blue ink (see attachment). Items D3.5, D3.4, and A6.8 were not included in the shipment. In addition, the seed packets that I did receive were either marked for growing season 2022 (which they should have been for ****, making the chances for germination lower), or they were not marked at all. The packet contents were handwritten so ineligibly that I had to refer back to the packing slip to reference. This is unacceptable. They had no problem obtaining payment but took no interest in getting this order completed timely and complete. I would like a full refund due to old seed and incomplete order.Initial Complaint

I received my order and one item was missing and another I can not read what was written on the package. I can assume what the seeds are in the package I can't read, but we all know where assumptions lead. Based on what I did receive I could assume they are the Waltham Butternut seeds not accounted for in the order.The seeds I did not receive are the straight eight cucumber seeds. I see they were not checked off on the invoice and nothing was said about not being included in the shipment and no refund was given.I have attached pictures of the seed packet that is unreadable and a picture of the invoice.I contacted them multiple times with no response.Now based on complaints of others, I am questioning whether the seeds I did receive are actually what I ordered and if they are Heirloom true to type. Now I have to order all new seeds from a reputable company to insure I have what I was hoping to get as I don't trust that I actually got what I was expecting.Every one of the labels on the seeds I received looked like a very young child had written them out.This also make me question if I received the correct seeds.My total order cost was $44.47. The seeds I did not receive were $2.49 and the ones I could not read the label on cost me $2.49 also before shipping and taxes.I know it's not a lot of money and not the point.The poor and questionable service is unacceptable.****Customer Answer

There was one other matter I forgot to mention.
The seeds Beyond Organic Seeds sent me were two years old.
The packages said they were packaged for 2022.

I placed an order for the Old Original ******* melon seeds. We planted the seeds and when the melons started to ripen, they did not appear correct. After picking several melons and examining multiple photos of the ******* melon it is obvious that Beyond Organic Seeds shipped a mislabeled package. We had planned on growing the ******* melon in an isolated garden spot to preserve purity of the seed we would save from this year's melons. This has wasted our entire growing season. Plus the Casaba melon seeds they mislabeled is a poor tasting melon and has zero shipping ability. We emailed the company with no response. We DEMAND compensation. I ordered (Order #:220030666) 5 lbs. of Canola seed and recently received a delivery of 1 lb. of Canola seed along with 4 lbs. of sunflower seed. I attempted to write email and start chats with NO response. I order from them on 5-7 and I have yet to receive my order. It says unfulfilled and I have emailed them several times over the past weeks. I want my order or a refund as they charged my card.
