    I orders seeds on April 12, 2023 and paid the $50 via credit card. I confirmed with the company that the item was in stock.The shipping status has not changed since the initial order. I have reached out via automated chat numerous times and send email inquiries. There has been no human response. I just want my seeds!

    I ordered 3 packs of seeds on or about February 17th, order #*********. When I received the seeds Feb. 27th I immediately contacted the seller because my "Bee Food" seeds package was for **** seeds but was marked 250 seeds and has little to nothing in it. I have emailed them with pictures on several occasions 2/28/23, 3/4/23 & 3/24/23. They have not answered nor replaced the item, despite my requests.

    I ordered seeds on 03/07/23. Their website said orders filled in 2 days. I have not received any emails saying that the order has been shipped, I have emailed them several times concerning this have not received a reply even tried to use the chat on their website no response on that either. I have the transaction number if it will help.

    I ordered seeds on 2/22/23. I never received a confirmation email to say my order was being processed. I happened to look at my bank statement and observed the withdrawal for the seeds. I emailed them and asked when the seeds would ship. No answer. I tried again a couple days later. Still no response. I tried to chat with them on their website and even sent a screen shot of the withdrawal from my account. No one responded and there is no phone number to speak to anyone. All I want is what I ordered.

    2/15/23 purchased $50 worth of products. 2/16/23 shows shipping label created but never delivered to post office. Emailed 4 times with no response. Attempts to start chat on webpage goes without response.

    I ordered some small packets of pepper seeds and a 4oz package of jicama seeds from Beyond Organic Seeds in October 2022. I was busy with other farm activities, so when I received the seeds, I put them in my seed refrigerator.When I planted my Jicama seeds in December 2022, I then noticed that they had only sent me a "packet" size of jicama seeds (21 seeds), which costs $2.59, instead of the 4oz package that I ordered and paid for ($23.59).It took two attempts to get a response after contacting the company via their website. I included a picture of the seed packet, which showed it clearly labeled as "packet" size. They finally responded on Dec 29, 2022, and indicated that they were shipping their new orders of seeds and that my seeds would arrive shortly.I sent two emails requesting status of the order (Jan 9, 2023 and Jan 20, 2023). The company did not respond to either email, and I still have not received the seeds. I've attached cut/pasted emails in a Word file below. Today I sent an email requesting a refund for the difference in price between the packet size and 4oz package size ($21).The lack of response on what should be a simple order fulfillment has been frustrating. Based on reviews of the company, I shouldn't be surprised. At this point, I just want my money back on the difference in price between what they sent me and what I ordered.

    I order several orders over a 3 month period and all orders were missing large size quantities of seeds for example I never received the **** hollyhocks I ordered, pink strawflowers, mexican sunflowers, and I received two large **** packs of zinnias that were smashed and mostly dust. I have sent 6 emails requesting help and no response. I have ordered from this company for years and never had such poor customer service.

    I made a purchase of around $380 in seeds in May 2022. When the seeds did not arrive in 1 month I emailed them. Did not receive a reply, but received a box of seeds in about a week. The package was incomplete, but had the entire invoice with a note that said box 1 of 2. There was $188 of seeds missing from the order. Box 2 never arrived. I emailed several times after this. One email asking when my box was arriving, one email asking for some sort of correspondence, one email asking for my order to be shipped or to receive a refund. And a couple emails letting beyond organic seeds knownthat if I did not receive a reply or a refund I would be taking further action to reclaim my funds. I would like to receive a refund of $188.
