    Incredibly inept or actual scammers? It was a simple matter of purchasing two appliances and only picked up one deciding not to get the other. The owner said no problem they will credit back the amount ($399) on my credit card. Several months later and multiple phone calls with the owner the credit STILL was not made back to my credit card. I finally drove there and *****, the employee, said he needed the card to do that! Ok, so he 'processed the credit' with my card at that time and told me the credit for $399 went through. Unbelievable to find weeks later the credit still hasn't posted to my account. Crazy bad business and untrustworthy!!

    Great inventory with even hard to find appliances. Relaxed atmosphere and they definitely know their business and are very reasonable priced.

    **** Surgeon is a complete and total scammer. He sends his two cronies all over the valley to take payment $90 or more!! After cashing the check will not fix and will not follow up or call or contact you to let you know the status of things. If one of his cronies do show up they will be sure to leave your appliance in worse condition than before and demand more payments up front. DO NOT PAY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!!
