    On or about 8/6/2024 our dodge ram van went into the listed shop for repairs. This included the replacement of the mechanical fuel pump. On or about 2/25/2025 the vehicle suddenly stopped operating while driving in downtown *******, **. It was towed at personal expense to the same shop that effected the first repairs for diagnosis. They determined that the new fuel pump they had installed was defective. We were reimbursed for the towing and the labor. However, we had paid for the fuel pump and informed by **** at Rogue automotive that the Auto Zone clearing house would reimburse them and finally we would receive payment for the defective fuel pump. He has claimed that he has called this clearing house and not received any response several times. We paid for the part. We have not gotten our money back. After several calls, I was told that we would probably have to "eat the cost" of the pump as they had to do the same for the labor in replacing the defective part.

    We have received a resolution to our complaint against Rogue Automotive of Medford, OR.  ID number ********.

    We received a check from the merchant for the amount requested as reimbursement for the defective fuel pump.

    04-04-2024 The repair company had my vehicle for 4 months then was able to have my car fixed and then said I had a 12 month warranty on anything they had worked on. I went out of town and my car broke down due to a failure of their mechanics but due to me being out of town and them not being able to look at it they would not honor their warranty on their work that was completed less then 2 months prior.2300.00
