    I had a vehicle taken to their shop 4 times in the past month due to the warranty of the dealership uses them. Every time I would pick it up something else would happen and it would have to go back in the shop. The last time was when my car died and I took it in and again another problem this time telling me that they think its this and i need to drop it off for an undisclosed amount of time. **** down at the shop knew that this was the only vehicle I had for 4 people with jobs and a disable father. He said he could not give me a time frame. My first question is if they do an all over inspection of the vehicle then why did they keep missing the issues that kept happing. At one point as I am pulling out the bottom of the car started grinding again. But they they looked over all that right

    My truck has been at Rogue Automotive for a month and a half waiting to have a carburetor replaced along with brake and windshield wiper repair. None of the repairs have even been started according to **** at Rogue. While some of the delay has been beyond ****'s control being that carburators are scarce these days, the misinformation, numerous unreturned phone calls, and failure to follow up with his manufacturer when parts do not arrive on the previously confirmed arrival date are within the control of **** and/or Rogue Automotive. On several occasions I clearly stated I would prefer to pick up the truck while they waited for the carburator to arrive. They refused to make the brake and wiper repairs before the carburator arrived and kept stringing me along when I suggested I pick up the truck and have the brakes and wipers repaired at my local shop, then bring the truck back if/when their "manufacturer" manages to get a carburator delivered that is not defective (**** stated that the first carburator arrived defective). When I complained about the lack of follow-up, the woman ******* their phones said I was a little bit crazy. While talking to **** about all the delays and asking why the 2nd carburator was not rush shipped, he bragged about having someone else's vehicle for over a year and is only talking to that owner every 3 months. All that said, I would like to compliment *** at Rogue Automotive for calling me back on 10/17/22 just like she said she would even though she was not able to obtain any info from the manufacturer while **** enjoyed a few vacation days (without asking anyone to stay on top of the manufacturer while he was gone). Yay ***! Too bad there's not more integrity like ***'s at Rogue Automotive. I cannot make any statement about the quality of Rogue Automotive's repairs because in 6 weeks they have not managed to repair anything. I can state unequivocally that their customer service is among the worst I've seen.
