Called the "number" attached to this "company" and it says a different name, and the other numbers associated with it say other debt collection agencies, 1 number was not even in service..... Also the address is very inconsistent..... I don't even know what this "bill" is for as I never got one. They have my address information. Send a bill if this isn't a scam. Nobody called me either. How do you pay a bill to "company" like that? How does that work?

Unsure who the consumer is contacting. Our phone number has remained the same for more than 30 years, we have been in the same location for more than 7 years with the same PO Box for more than 40 years and been in business since 1965. There is no problem finding us under our corporate name or our trade name. If we send a notice regarding a debt the creditor is always listed as required by law.Review fromDave H

Very poor customer **********************, very rude. Be prepared for false statements and additional fees. They said I owed a medical bill but never sent me a copy after requesting it THREE times! They just keep sending threatening letters. I finally gave up and paid the bill so I would not go to collections.The company is just a scam.Southern Oregon Credit Service Inc dba Collect Northwest

The consumer in this matter owes a utility bill to the ****************, as explained in the documents he received. There is not statute of limitations for debts owed to Oregon municipalities. He could call our office and get the info or simply continue to file complaints and accuse our business of being a scam.
