After several years using the services of Sharefaith to host and help with design our our church website we decided to make a switch to another provider. Upon looking at the emails sent to us it appeared as though the subscription would expire in November. The emails stated that it would expire if we did not renew. So we didn't. Then shortly after what we believed to be the expiration date we discovered that they had take the $600 annual subscription fee from the church account. Upon many phone calls and emails we finally were told that their would be no refund. We attempted to send a letter to the CEO at their corporate headquarters, but it was returned to sender. We have run out of options. I hold out little hope that Sharefaith will make this right which is very disappointing as they label their business Christian in nature and belief.

Sharefaith continues to hold hostage those who sign up for their services. A previous pastor several years back signed up for their offerings. Over the past year we spent many months attempting to assure cancelation of our account by the date of renewal. Every time we were told what to do and did it a new step was added. **************** is impossible to reach by phone, service is uncertain by email and if replies are received at all it is after days or weeks. We made every effort to cancel and received word that our account would expire in May. We assumed it was in fact cancelled. We no longer are able to access an account, however we continue to be charged multiple times a month by Sharefaith for services we are not receiving. We have made every effort to part from Sharefaith but as you will see with the many complaints they fraudulently continue to subtract funds and do not respond to our complaints and requests. Over the last two years I have been so dissatisfied with their service but have tried to patiently await end of service. Now they are making it impossible for us to do so without going through our bank to block their continued attempts to take money. This issue is so commonly reported that I hope others will be warned that this is their standard business practice.

Hello,We have a complaint relating to being charged an annual payment for 2024 for our website. We received an email to renew and chose not to renew since we now have a different service. Even though we chose to not renew we were charge another $600 for services we have not and do not plan to continue to use. Please reverse the charge of $600 as we didn't opt to renew our account. I have heard of similar complaints with the same issue of automatically being charge when choosing not to renew.*****

On or about November 20, 2023, I signed up for a "trial membership" with Sharefaith LLC, so I could see what they had. I was looking for materials to use with the children's class I teach at my church. The Sharefaith materials were not what I was looking for, so I cancelled my "membership" on the same day. I have not been on their website since that date. But on 1/05/2024 I was charged $185 for an annual membership. (See attachment.) The email stated that this membership ended on the same day as the charge! On 2/05/2024 I was charged another $185 for a membership; this one ending on 2/05/2024. (See attachment.) Since the first charge I have emailed the Sharefaith Support "team" at least 10 times. They acknowledge receipt of the support ticket, but they never answer. (See attachment, for example.) I have also left a phone message, with no response. I repeatedly have asked to have my "membership" cancelled, but to no avail. I believe this website is fraudulent. I have reported it to *********** they have cancelled my card and are investigating the charges.

Sharefaith sent me an email today (3/3/24) saying that they are refunding my money. However, that won't be possible, because I cancelled my bank card. I explained to them that *************** temporarily credited my account on February 6 and February 8, so I have all of my money. Sharefaith said they would record it as a bank charge reversal.

    >I am with ***************************. we have used Sharefaith for our domain and website for many years know. Recently we with another company for website design and wanted to cancel our account with **********************. >This process began on November 29th when I called and spoke to an IT rep and said he would get back to me. I waited patiently until December 20th (they said they were backed up) and gave them another call. This time I talked to ******* who said I had to fill out a simple cancelation form. I filled out that form and the account was canceled and a notice was sent to billing. They were to email me a cancelation receipt and the most important part a DOMAIN TRANSFER CODE.>Without this code. since my account is canceled with Sharefaith, I am unable to edit my website and I can not transfer my domain to any host without said code. On December 22 we received an email stating we owed $55 for our monthly website fee, which we payed because we didn't want to lose access to our website.>Well on December 22 I tried to login in and was promptly told that my account was canceled and received a receipt for the billing of $55 after my account was canceled. I am know being held hostage unable to transfer or access my domain or website and have paid for a service I do not have access to.>Since then, I have called the billing department multiple times and have been sent straight to voice mail. I spoke to ******* in IT a few times, each phone call ends with him saying he will put an "urgent notice" on my request because the billing department is backed up ONE YEAR. I have spoken to ****** as well. He has sent me straight to voicemail after being on hold 15 minutes, and then another time saying he will call me back tomorrow. That was seven days ago.>I have never received such terrible customer service from a company. At this point all I want is an email with the Domain Transfer Code and reimbursement for a service I can not access. >Thank You, ***************************.

ShareFaith provides webhosting of **********************'s website. We have been their customer since 2012. Webhosting is autorenewed Nov 5th. Our price is $646.80 (grandfathered pricing). I received notice that the auto renew didn't go through and attempted to login. The system would not allow me to login without paying $943 to renew. Also, our website was down in less than 24 hrs after renewal. I contacted customer support multiple times in attempt to gain access to the account and also addresses the website being down. I was passed to multiple departments without success of accessing the account or anyone able to resolve our website not being active. After 24 hrs of our website being down, I paid the $943 and submitted a ticket to billing support. This was on November 7th, 2023. I've also contacted billing support multiple times leaving messages with no return call back. The common thread in my transactions with ShareFaith is promises to escalate and then no response. I hoping the BBB can help with this issue.

The issue has been resolved.  ShareFaith contacted ********************** and agreed to refund the difference in pricing.  The credit is now showing in our account.

Our church entered into a free trial with Sharefaith. After the free trial was over several calls and emails were sent to this company to cancel. We were told the cancellation was complete. Only to find out they continued to take funds out of the account. We attempted to settle this with company with answers.
