    IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT SIGNING UP, RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM. It's not worth your money or sanity. I can only imagine the amount of people who lost their salvation trying to deal with the terrible customer service this company employs. We've been trying to cancel and close our account for the past few months. When attempting to close the account, they try to make you go through this horrendous form where they ask you a bunch of ridiculous questions. I then tried to call them and tell them we simply want to close, it shouldn't be this hard to close an online account. The lady over the phone said she filled out the form for us so that we wouldn't have to worry and that she confirmed our account would be closed. Two months later we are getting another invoice from them and it's as if they have some amnesia or whatever because they are forcing us to go through the same dumb form process to fill out and close. That got quite an email from me. Stay away from them if you want to make it to heaven.

    See the other reviews here regarding cancellation. Same story, different day.Sharefaith, do not call your business a ministry and then not work with churches or ministries who do not cancel our service with you by the deadline to not at least resolve with a partial refund. We are not all tech team and we have other things on **********.I can't in good conscience ask my church to pay the $1000 you charged us for annual service. So I will likely pay it myself.You had a good 12 year run as our website provider. Had zero complaints. But because of this, I cannot recommend you to any other churches.

    Basically same auto renew problem as everybody else. Months of trying to resolve. The cancel option on their website is deceptive/doesn't work as described. I had to request cancellation via customer service, yet was still charged for time that were supposedly "canceled," even though I never accessed the website or product.

    Tried them on a trial period. The. Tried to cancel my trial only to keep getting error after error. They charged me an annual fee and now refuse to refund it, saying that is their contract terms and they cant do anything about it. Scam.

    They have a ********************, but unfortunately their services are not worth the exuberant amount of money they charge. Also their customer service is awful. Oh and dont even think about auto renew. If you wish to cancel the day of your renewal for a year of service; they dont honor your request. They charge for a complete year of no service. Horrible testimony!

    ****** S Some of the materials were useful, but the next year I was charged another $540 to renew the subscription, a subscription that I did not want to renew. They had my credit card and I could find no way to remove my card from their site once I had paid the first year subscription. When I contacted them, they refused to refund my money for the second year that I did not want because it was written somewhere in the multiple page--like 16 page fine print terms of use that fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable. So because I'm a regular person they have taken $540 from me for a product that I do not want to use another year. I contacted them as soon as my credit card company posted the fee and before the site was ever opened this year and I'm told sorry you cannot get your money back. We are keeping your money. I feel their practices are set up to force people into multiple year contracts that are not wanted.--they probably realize no one would want to renew for another year so this is their way of getting two years out of everyone. In my opinion it is a very deceitful billing/stealing business practice they participate in. I do not suggest doing business with them.

    Sharefaith is the most disappointing *********** ******* I have ever encountered. I can have ***** for missteps but they just flat out don't deliver on what they offer. There are too many other good faith based media companies to put up with the lack of service they don't offer. STAY AWAY from Sharefaith.

    I wanted to download a clipart picture. It gave an option to sign up for a free trial on the download page, but when I had signed up and given them my credit card info, I was told that you are not allowed to download anything on a free trial.

    ***FRAUD ALERT, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS PROGRAM*** Spent almost 3 months trying to get a response for a refund. We tried the 7 day trial, they charged me the day after signing up for the entire year. We tried to cancel before the trial period ended and had a very hard time getting any response from Sharefaith, they tried to say I chose the join now option and I clearly did not as I was only searching for programs at the time. I let them know I would be reporting their business if they did not respond to my inquiries, I elevated this to phone call and was only able to leave a voicemail. This was our last email contact response. Hello.The main page has one button that says trial and then an option to join and bypass trial. All I can see from my side is that you chose join, which bypasses the trial. I am sorry but my hands are tied. I cannot undo your choice.Thank you;********************* My email inquiry:The main page had me click on the trial option and still had me enter card info to be able to sign up, so I am unsure of how this happened. I am not trying to be difficult but this was truly to be for our childrens church on a very limited budget. This was my personal tithe money to provide a better program that I no longer need in effort to find the right educational materials for their age group/needs. We would really appreciate a refund so I can continue to find something for them, our church serves many underprivileged children and the majority of funding comes from our personal accounts because our church does not have the funding to support the program.
