I ordered a product and paid on 4/16 to the amount of $365 (cc charge was for $435, $70 of it being for a service that was provided that day) I was told the product would take 2 weeks to receive. I asked about the product weekly after the 2 weeks never got a straight answer as to when I would receive it. On 5/20 I began reaching out via email and was told someone would get back to me. On 5/27 I requested a refund for the product since it has now been 6 weeks since I paid. I was told that they do not offer refunds. I said I am no longer interested in the product and I want my money back. Now I have emailed, and called on 5/28 & 5/29 and everyone I speak to says its someone elses approval needed ************** I just want my $365 back since I still dont have my order. I have included a photo of the document that I signed when ordering the product. This is not the signed copy, but a blank of the one they have on file, no where on this document does it state no refunds will be given.

Let me start by saying that 5 years ago this establishment was great. Never had any billing issues or insurance payment issues. Something changed and since then they have some sketchy billing practices going on.I was seen OVER a year ago 7/11/2023. Have since moved to another state and I am still getting billed. The explanation I have been given is that (at the time) my insurance company just processed my claim in 5/29/24. This does not make any sense as this company always paid out as soon as they were billed. Not one issue ever with this insurance company. Now all of the sudden this goes down a year later? Something is not adding up here. If you look at the billing schedule it appears that they are just now billing in 2024 and collecting from (my former) insurance company from a visit from over a year ago 2023. Which again, no longer with this company, so why would they pay out now? Now they are coming after me for the reminder amount. It just does not make any sense. This is also been happening to my husband, as well. So we have had a double wammy of dealing with them. I decided to make an official complaint as I keep hearing of others this is happening to as well. People need to be warned of what they are getting into before going to this practice. Do not go here!!!! They are extremely sketchy in their billing practices. It has been a nightmare.

One peak unbundled service to try and bill me for more than the service. They charged me for things the provider did not do. After speaking with them and telling them my concerns they said they would rebill my insurance correctly. They did not do that, instead, I had to ask again. When they rebilled the insurance the cost was much less, however, I was wondering about my itemized list and what they changed they sent me a blanket statement and not the services they provided. They continue to perform fraud with their billing practices. They charge for services not rendered, upcharge and unbundle services to get insurance, and patients to pay more.

My Insurer pays for 1 annual preventative exam and associated bloodwork. I made an appointment expressly for my annual wellness exam and accompanying bloodwork. On 1/11/24, the day of my appointment the Provider, ***********************, told me that we were not doing the exam this day. She scheduled the lab work blood draw and a later appointment for the actual exam. Their office billed this appointment as a "medical" office visit, rather than "preventative" which would have been covered. I arrived on 2/1/24 for my exam and lab review and was told I owed $339 for the 1/11 visit. I told *********************** of the billing problem. She said that she didnt handle that side of things. I advised her that I no longer wanted the exam as I wasnt sure what was going on with the billing. She gave me my lab results. I spoke manager *************************** about the billing. We also exchanged emails (which Ive kept) She said the bill would be resubmitted as preventative, though it was not. On 3/12/24 Billing agent ************************* advised via email that she would resubmit the bill as preventative." My insurance company Pacific Source paid One Peak for an actual physical exam dated 1/11/24, which did not occur. On 5/7/24 I emailed ******* asking her to neutralize the $273.36 bill from 2/1/24 because I never received an exam, yet they were paid for one. She did not reply. I emailed again 5/15/24, she replied that she forwarded my case to her boss, ********. I emailed again twice with no reply. I object to having to pay One Peak. They billed and were paid for an exam that they did not give. They have stopped replying to me. I fear they will send me to collections. I can provide any and all emails upon request.

One Peak demanded I see their behavioral health nurse for a medicine I have been taking for years. They neglected to tell me that my insurance wouldn't cover the co-pay until after I had left the area? They are so dishonest or unorganized? Every month there was an issue refilling medication and I it prompted me to get off the medication, it just wasn't worth the hassle.I have moved away and never received a bill from them and now that I turned down the Telehealth visit with their phony med nurse I am being billed for August when I first had to see the med nurse? It is now April 24th of the following year and they just figured out I owed this? There is no reason for them to withhold this bill until now when I have moved out of the area and no longer require their services. I also had a severe drug interaction which the med nurse said she had never heard of? I googled it and it was know all over the internet but this nurse had no clue that this medicine would react with this other substance? She had to have known and I was a lamb going to *********. Don't trust these so called health care professional!
