This company is a complete scam. I went to establish new patient care. I filled out a long survey online with all of my medical info and the medications I take. I arrived for my appointment and spent LITERALLY 10 minutes with the providers, reiterating everything I had already written and returned to them. I was assured by them that my insurance would cover the visit, and I would only have a $50 co-pay. Yesterday, I got a bill from them for $535. For a 10 minutes conversation! No exam, no testing, no prescriptions - just literally met the woman. I called the billing office to discuss because I'm obviously upset. The billing manager basically said, Yeah that's how we bill. She told me if I had had an exam, then that would have been covered, but since I didn't, insurance wouldn't cover it. I ask you: who's fault is it that the provider didn't do an exam? What do you think I'm there for? Then the billing manager implied that I should have known better and requested the right thing, then they would have billed it with a different code? Are you freaking kidding me?!?!?! Somehow their outrageous charge is now my fault?I'm absolutely livid right now. This is straight up predatory. This is why their owner, Nisha Jackson, has numerous multi-million-dollar mansions around the valley. Her company screws people with predatory billing. The billing manager also informed me that if I was self-pay (no insurance) it would be a lot less expensive. So, how is that not insurance fraud? When you jack up your rates just for using insurance? This is wrong. This is not OK. I would encourage everyone to stay far, far away from this ********** of experience: February 27, 2025

Insurance scam. After seeking treatment for birth control and being told by one peak that our insurance covers the pellets. In fact they are not covered and now have a very large bill. I dont know of the legality of this situation but I know its unethical to tell a client birth control is covered when it isnt.

My Dr at ******** was wonderful. The office policies I never even saw or if I was supposed to receive a copy. I should have been given a c Think I should have received a copy considering the policy they say I broke was because I filled Bankruptcy there office policy states if a patient files BK you will be dismissed from the practice. By the way did I mention I still have not received a copy of this policy. It's bad enough going through Bankruptcy and then even with a payment plan already unplace it doesn't matter to the Manager. It's awful. It takes so long to find a great Dr.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would give negative stars if I could. They are EXTREMELY SCAMMY here and no one know what the h*ll is going on with billing. I received a notice for an outstanding statement back in March 2024, I go online to pay it, and it says I owe $0.00. Doing the right thing, I call the office I've been going to (billing is impossible to get ahold of), and they say they see I owe $0.00 on their end as well and to just "ignore" it. Well today, May 8th, I receive a "final notice" bill and my total has INCREASED $50 from the last statement I received in the mail. Mind you I have not been back in since December of 2023 so how did it increase? And of course this time they don't attach an itemized statement although they did last time? Hm. I call the office again and once again, they say they see I owe $0.00, so they are of no help. I ended up just paying the bill amount that my final notice had stated over the phone because I don't want collections coming for me. But this felt insanely scammy and they just lost a patient and I'm going to tell the handful of people I referred to them to watch out and stop going as well. It ***** because I actually really enjoyed my doctor there, but at the end of the day money is what makes the world go around, right?

One Peak acknowledged that they ordered the wrong blood tests after drawing 9 vials. They said they were checking with Management to try and comp the blood draw and subsequent follow up due to wrong information but I can't get anyone to get back to me. I have left voicemails, emails to clinic and to corporate office. Additionally the Central Point location botched two food sensitivity blood draws. It's unfortunate but I wanted to continue care but feel they are cheating me and my insurance company for billing for their mistake.

The patient has been contacted and a request made to provide additional details. A subsequent root cause analysis has been initiated to identify areas of improvement to prevent future reoccurrences. We deeply regret the experience of this patient and are working diligently to resolve this matter.

One Peak uses highly unethical billing practices and I ended up paying for the majority of my care (which my insurance company told me was supposed to be covered) because of their billing errors. I paid out of pocket for my first set of lab work (over $600) so for my second visit, I asked in advance for the billing codes they were planning to use so I could confirm with my insurance that the lab work would be covered. They provided me the codes and I confirmed that the second round of labs would be covered at 100%. I then received another bill for over $800 for a "non-covered" office visit and lab work. After several days of fighting the bill, they were able fix their error for the office visit but not the lab work. I continue to try and call and work with them but month after month, I was told they would look into it and call me back. Unfortunately, no one ever did so i continued to receive bills for months. When I finally reached someone, ****** later, who actually looked into the issue, she informed me that the codes that were provided to me were wrong and that the person who gave them to me doesn't work there anymore so there was nothing they could do. Beware of this company unless you are a private pay patient as they are not competent in billing insurance and will not stand by their employees word. I have paid the bills in full but they refuse to provide me with anything in writing stating that my account is paid in full.

Not only is the staff turnover so high that medical staff follow-through is not good but billing practices are terrible! It is now resolved, but it took 3 weeks of calling them multiple times each week, after they sent an invoice that I'd already paid to collections. It took weeks to sort through all of my payments and where they had applied them to verify that I had paid everything in full and not over paid. I have no trust left and do not want to spend that much time on future invoices from them so I will not be continuing as a patient.

I went here to get my blood pressure under control and get my hormones checked. They send me to the ** my first visit for ** when they knew it was that high before arriving. They charged me $157 for a visit, they charged me $500 cash for labs. When I saw that fee I knew I should of walked. The ** did nothing for me and I told ONE Peak they should have to pay this bill. After several clients telling me One Peak screwed their bodies up vs helping. I feel they are a bunch of un experienced want a bees in here. Never going back and when I asked them to mail me a copy of my labs they wanted to charge me $25. So if you want to spend lots of money and get the run around this is your place. They made me feel like I was going to go blind and have organ failure if I didn't go to the **. I told the medical assistant I didn't have insurance and couldn't afford an ** bill she told me it was life or death. Then I sat in the ** for 4 hours they did absolutely nothing. They let me walk out with ** 207/104.******* location
