On April 23, 2024, I went to Photo Creations, spoke to the owner, ***************************. I wanted to have my photos on CDs, DVDs, thumb drives and SD Cards digitally transferred to one location on a Digital drive. That was 36 years of my memories. ***** gave me a price of $1,041.00, I paid him in two installments, 1st was $600.00 on April 23, 2024, the second installment was $441.00 on April 29, 2024, I finally got everything back in June 2024. I didnt look at it for a couple of weeks. When I did, I put it into my smart television, when I opened some of the files, there were empty files, and multiplied pictures in multiple files. I took it back on June 25, 2024 for ***** to correct the missing pictures and the multiplied files. I had a few other items in the container with the original job. I left all my memories with *****. I received two invoices, one for $120.00, and one for $195.00 via email, on July 1, 2024 to pay them for adding the items that were in the container. I did not ask or authorize them to digitize these items. I would appreciate any and all help available to stop him from taking money out of my paycheck or taking me to small claims court. I refuse to pay another ***** for something I didnt even ask for. I want the original job corrected and everything returned to me, ASAP. I am afraid of him for reasons not related to the above. *************************** is a bad business owner and employer, I would like future clients to be made aware of what he does. Masao and Photo Creations have some pretty bad YELP reviews. Thank you, *******************

I went in for scheduled appointment for a TSA PreCheck number. The employee took my card for the $78 fee, and muttered something unintelligible about a card (ALL of my interactions with this employee were either slurred, unintelligible mumbling or terse orders e.g. "SIT"!) He wore no name tag, and didn't introduce himself. After scanning my passport, taking fingerprints and a picture, he had me sign an electronic pad for the charge.I got home to find the appropriate $78 charge, plus $20 for some laminated card I didn't request, didn't agree to, and don't want. Looking at Yelp reviews for this business, I suspect this is not a unique experience on my part.
