  The business owner of this establishment is seedy at best. He says he offers custom framing, but will take his projects to *********** to be framed while charging more than them. He says he prints photos but he prints them at ********* 50% of the time and treats the Walgreen employees poorly. Multiple staff have asked me if I would like to buy a weed pen off of the owner for a discounted price on a photoshoot, but the company runs TSA (a federal company) out of it while also not having an OLCC. The business is covered in weed pens and we have witnessed Masao smoking a weed pen behind the store before doing TSA. I have talked with multiple staff about the owner and he often uses manipulation tactics on his employees to try and not follow fair labor laws. He also prefers to cashapp or Venmo employees so he doesnt have to submit business tax information. A few weeks ago I witnessed a young woman bring her family in just so the owner would give her her last paycheck. The owner ***************************** also has cameras all over the store and threatens customers that he has audio and video and will use it against them. I personally dont think this man should be running this business if he treats his employees so poorly and continues to not follow the law.

  I went to Photo Creations Studios TSA Precheck ******* ****** to get my TSA Precheck completed. It is the only location within 2.5 hours where I can have this done. The vendor takes you into his back room where loud music is playing and speaks fast and quietly, such that you have to keep asking him to repeat himself. He said I should get the (optional) physical TSA Precheck card for $20. I did not agree to this when he mentioned it. However, I was still charged for it. I believe he preys on people to make extra money. His return policy is listed on the bottom of the Square receipt:"Return Policy: All merchandise and services offered by PCS are sold as is, and all sales are final. No refunds are available. If services are performed, including activities performed in preparation of services, and payment for those services is disputed by the client with the financial institution performing the transaction, a $300 charge will be levied toward the client.CANCELLATION If a client requests a cancellation of services, a 50 % Fee will be incurred.Please allow 30 business days for your order.By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms above."There was only one signature required on the tablet he handed me, and these terms were not present in a place where I had the opportunity to read them. You can tell by the verbiage that he has probably had complaints (see his poor ****** reviews), and he assumes people will not give up $10 of the $20 to cancel the service. This is a deceitful business practice and I believe this location should no longer be eligible to handle TSA Precheck activities.
