      Hubby rented a Great 7 acre property w/ a beautiful 3 br house, attached garage, carport, very private. Deposit was $6,700. He had bad credit but just sold his own home in **, so he was cash rich. (CPM is only in ***************). For a year he could pay the rent of $2,200 month. Until he couldnt. I flew from ********* to help w/ the rent & finances. Nov-January, I paid the bills. CPM manager knew me, my hubby, and my dogs. In January I couldnt pay, again. So, my husband, the tenant on the lease, was allowed to skip paying for ******** Kinda. At that time, he was led to believe the past due rent would be applied to his deposit. It wasnt. They did this to him for 3 months. Until his deposit amount was gone. But, its illegal to use a deposit to pay for rent. Their kindness was a scam, putting him in more debt. They pressured him to stay, even tho he couldn't afford the rent. They only thought about the moneyhis deposit money. He had no idea that he would still have to pay for the 3 months, not using his own deposit money. He is in debt to them, now, for $6,700. I am being harassed for not signing their lease because Ive been here longer than 7 days. Remember, Im here to help ***** out of his money trap. They dont want me here. Another problem. ****** 50yr felon son has been living here for a year. CPM knows this. CPM also knows the felon son turned the garage into a grow area. Selling on the property. The garage is being set up for the next crop, now. I want the felon out of our home. CPM doesnt care about those issues, tho. Says I have to take pics, or, its here-say. Here-say?? Pics ?? Not possible. It is ******. The marijuana capital of the ***. So, the felon will stay, Im to leave, and the marijuana production will continue for another yearor more. .CPM is greedy. They are sharks. Liars. Never trust them or believe them. Never rent from them. Even if you love the property. They will ruin your life.

      The tenant, made friends with the owner of this property who agreed to give them ***** on their past due rent due to financial hardship. ****** agreed that they would pay extra money each month, and the owner of the property had asked us to work with them to help them get caught up. Weve had no knowledge of any illegal activity on the premises and have completed inspection there with the owner present with good result. Vendors have also visited the property for repairs as needed and no unauthorized activities were reported. Tenant let us know that they have a significant other who was going to be staying at the property regularly and son, in response we notified the tenant that any roommates need to submit to be added to the rental agreement and go through screening. The tenants significant other reached out in an irate manner and told us they will not be adding themselves to the rental agreement, and they will be moving out. They then made a lot of derogatory claims and comments about their significant other, including saying that they grow marijuana. They were asked to please send photos of anything having to do with illegal activities at the property or property damage, if they have them, and told that we would investigate the claims. We are investigating the claims by this individual. At no time has the deposit been discussed as a means to pay for rent and the deposit is still on the account for the tenant.

      Absolutely the worst landlord *** ever dealt with and they lie they dont fix things they tell you theyre gonna fix things they dont they tell you things were fixed they were in no communication. I went for 18 days with no heat.! Now the deadbolt on the front door is broken and I have one way into the house and one white out and I have to go out through my garage door stepping over the sensors because theres no garage door openers remote control and again still no communication when theyre going to fix it its been a week.? all they wanna do is argue and argue and argue with me on things but the house was never ready for someone to rent, and I told him that the day I moved in that it was not ready to rent, but the owner needed to make a mortgage payment, so they ********* here you go hear the keys give ** the rent check !!
