      Purchased a palm harbor ** ******** home from spokane home boys two years ago. House was an absolute disaster bath tubs broke, windows broke front and back doors just pour in water had to fight to just get carpet put down. Insulated the marriage lines myself as I could see through the ends of my house. ********* only took care of about 10 percent of damage and there solution for sheetrock repair is silicone and paint over it. Took an entire year for palm harbor to take care of bath tubs. Still have windows leaking and destroying windows ceils as well as black mold forming. Absolutely do not buy from either one of these companies biggest waste of money anyone could spend

      This company is absolutely horrible my roof was not put together properly vents not seal properly the roof started leaking mold everywhere and bathroom and dinning room ceiling caved in. The cuts on the boards looked like a drunk did them and when we went to repair the roof found numerous half used coils of nails under the roofing not even worth one star
