      They advertised a 2019 Bolt for ****** online. When I got there, and after I test-drove the vehicle, we went to discuss pricing and they revealed that the online price included a ************* Credit" but the ad said nothing about a credit. This is blatant false advertising and a waste of my time. Also, the **** had a branded title as a Lemon Law Buyback, which is treated the same as Salvage at any insurance agency. This too was omitted from the ad.

      Completely upset by sales department! Picked out a car paying cash then comes in the high pressure sales force **** to try and upsell 2000$+ service contract or the lesser $2000 upgrade of acid etching and special wax etc upgrade which I declined And I thought he would quickly realize I wasn't going to buy for a used cheap car... Then he told me it was already applied and all he could do was charge me $900 for the wax he did agree the service extended warranty I could avoid.. I got up and walked out... My friend said good tactic now the ball's in your court . So I texted back and picked out a different car And said I want the sticker. Nothing else cash send me the proposal/invoice and I'll bring a cashier's check. 8 hours later the guy never responded... And I'm sure **** had something to do with that. Well this is just pathetic. This is a ***** dealership representing a brand They should not hold that title. It is also against the law to misrepresent the price. Less than helpful in follow-up.

      Buyer beware, they will slide (in my case almost $2000) extra on your contract without telling you about the Ally cost they add, half of which is not "cancelable". They stuck me with $899 of theft protection I didn't want or need. They are slick at not telling you what it'll cost you! One hand on your shoulder, one in your wallet! Not good at returning calls either. Go somewhere else and read EVERYTHING

      This turned out to be a great experience with an unsure start! We had a true test of how far a car dealer would stretch to make a customer delighted. The initial proposal was a pleasant surprise with a trade in offer that made the deal incredibly attractive. Working together was the hallmark of this deal as the people at McLoughlin pulled out all the stops to not only provide a car delivered to me out of state, but to do it in record time. I appreciated beyond words dealing with people who do not focus on what they CANNOT do, but rather search ways to make my car buying experience easy and super convenient. I am incredibly impressed at the way everyone worked together with me to get a car on my doorstep, quickly, and save me money in the process. ***** to ************, ********************** and to the owners who must be providing a great place to work for these folks to be so driven for customer satisfaction. Bravo!

      Nick Scanlan was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and consistently followed through on every aspect of our work together. He tracked the car I wanted for over a month, provided several updates, and contacted me the minute it arrived at the dealership. Tremendous service with a personal touch! I would go back to the team at McGloughlin Chevrolet for my next vehicle in a heartbeat.

      Just left McLoughlin Chevrolet super happy after purchasing a vehicle. I was coming off of a nightmare story after purchasing a different car the day before from a different dealership that I literally had to tow home the same night I bought it. I was super cranky and not wanting to deal with more typical car salesmen or ********* in general. **** made me feel super comfortable and like I wasnt going to get screwed over again. Jumped through hoops to take various pictures of the car I wanted just to make me feel better about what I was heading down to see in person. He was fun to chat with and even entertained my six year old while I did paperwork. Saved the day from a meltdown when little mans chips got stuck in the vending machine too. In and out with a car super fast, just the way I wanted. He and **** are so awesome. Top notch customer service. I will be a loyal customer of these guys in the future. Thank you both!

      Very happy with the service team. They helped make sure I dropped the car when the parts were ready (not too early), and did the retrofit quickly. Also the tech found an issue with a tire and fixed it, thank you! ****** was proactive and great to have as my service advisor. You have a great team overall, looking forward to having them take care of my Z71 and Suburban!

      I just got a new Bolt EUV at McLoughlin Chevrolet. It was part of a GM buyback. Even though this was non-standard, ******* and ******* made the whole process a breeze. Everything went smoothly and was either exactly what I expected, or better. I would certainly come here next time I want to buy a Chevy vehicle and hope I can work with ******* and ******* again! Highly recommended.

      Went in knowing roughly what I wanted, Nick was able to pin-point my interest and helped me get a great deal on my car with exactly what I was looking for on my trade-in and registration.
