    I booked an Airbnb for myself and 10 friends, plus three kids, managed by this company. While on the property, which was advertised as 8.1 secluded acres, my friend, hiking with his 5 year old and dog, twice encountered a bow hunter who said he was there hunting elk with permission from the owner. This was not on the listing.There was a strong sewer smell on the back patio from a vent right next to the hot tub.Finally, this companys owner advertised a service on the listingto feel free to inquire about early check in and/or late check out, which I took advantage of. Later, he gave me a negative review for accepting the very service he advertised.In his final private message to me before checkout he stated I would receive a 5 star review, a lie which I relied on in my own decision of how to review the experience. Also reviewed me negatively because he said I seemed unhappy during communications about incorrect WiFi information in the trip details He accepted my $2000+ and then dishonestly negatively reviewed me so that I will be hindered from making the same kind of transaction with future Airbnb hosts.The trip was completely soured by all of these experiences together.

    We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced due to the sewer smell on the patio and any confusion regarding WiFi information during your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
