    I have been working with nw lodging for well over a year providing cleaning services. The communication and set standards are above and beyond what I encounter with other clients. Honestly nw lodging is one of my best and favorite clients to provide services to. Overall one of the best businesses I have had the pleasure to work with.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience as a guest at an AirBnB managed by this company that has ruined my memories with friends. My fellow guest was walking on the property with his 5 year old and their dog and encountered a man hunting elk with a bow. The hunter said he had the owners permission and remained throughout the day. We did not feel safe enjoying the grounds. Nothing about this was in the listing. The septic or sewer system exhausted by the hot tub and back patio, and ruined our enjoyment of those areas. Despite our following all house rules, I woke up the day after leaving to a negative review from ******* which amounted to "I didn't like her tone." This is extremely immature and unprofessional behavior for an AirBnB host. He also, very bizarrely, reviewed me negatively for asking for early check-in and late check-out, both services that the listing encouraged. this after sending many automated private messages including one promising a five star guest review. I was deceived by that message into thinking I would receive a good review. When I called the company to try to understand why he trashed me publicly on an AirBnB review ******* answered, informed me I was not owed anything given how I've conducted myself, and repeatedly hung up on **** wish I hadn't rented from him or left these details out of my Airbnb review, and I hope the owners of his properties take a look at the experiences of myself and others.
