    DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL COMPANY!! I HAD ***S they refused to address.This was my rental company for one year. I rented an expensive property in ******* for $2500 monthly in 2023.Within 2 months, after emailing the rental company that the side yard needed upkeep, the company responded with complete removal of an entire lush side yard, covered it fully with rocks so they would not have to provide upkeep to the yard which was written in the lease agreement.By month 5, I had a very active *** infestation in my home. I contacted the rental company who sent pest management out, they set traps and explained the rat was getting in under the house which was coming through where the dishwasher was. I reported that. I was told there was basically nothing else they could do, rats were hard to get rid of they said. The traps never worked.So since nothing was being done I made adjustments to block the rats access to my home with steel wool, expanding foam etc. around my dishwasher rendering it unusable. In essence, I WAS THE ONE WHO CREATED A TEMPORARY BARRIER TO BLOCK THE *** from getting into my kitchen. THE *** was on my counters, top of fridge, in the bookcases in my living room. The management company did nothing.For 6 months, after receiving $15,000 of rental income, I still had a ***.I was extremely freaked out and anxious and had NO QUALITY of enjoyment in my home for half of my lease. It was impossible to have house guests.Eventually I broke my lease, lost a bunch of money and never received my deposit back.Ive reported this company to OREGON state housing for the vermin issue as well as having ZERO smoke or carbon monoxide detectors in the home for the duration of my lease. If I could *** THEM, I would.No one should have to deal with a rat. It is a serious health risk to all humans.
