I requested to have all items picked up on Sunday March. Second, because my flight would leave around 4 ******** No later than 4 ******* to catch my flight out to *********. They did not show up until Monday the next day after almost at 11 ******* AM. I informed them that I had a medium-sized deep freezer and a full size bed that needed to go and about 70 tote's boxes and storage bands. And that's how we came to the three hundred square feet of space. From the time he got here he proceeded to add more cost. here to try to catch my flight. And he will still hear which I thought he was still here. He had taken off.The people I have watching my stuff. Said he was sitting in the truck. He started to charge me extra for something that I did not ask for. They told me specifically I could have 300 square feet. of truck space and his measurement. we're completely off and said. I had to pay $2, 3, 400 more.Business Response

Good afternoon *********, As we do appreciate any feed back. We would like to correct the informatin you actually provided. 1. When we arrivde for your pickup, you ended up have more cubic feet then you where estimated for at the time of booking. 2. The elivator was out of servie requiring a stair charge for five flights. 3. Most of the items needed packing. All of these do require additional charges, we explained this and you choose to only take the cubic feet you were estimated for. Also so you did not have a stair charge you had a family member carry the items down, and we loaded items to the truck. When the space was used up on the truck and we called to collect payment you refusd to talk and passed the phone to someone else. My driver left at that point, and the office continued to try and reach you. At some point you called the office asking where the driver went and you were going to call the cops to repot your items stolen. This information was passed on to the manager and she tried to reach you several times, you would not answer. We put in the work loaded your items to the agreed contract and you would not answer to make payment and threatened to report your items stolen. At this point we return the items as the cotract was in breached.

On January 31, 2025, Princz Movers arrived to load my daughters belongs in ***********, **. We had signed a contract for $1800 to move the belongings to *******, **. They told us we had only reserved 300 cubic feet of space and we needed 200 more at the cost of $1200 additional money. The goods arrived yesterday, February 4 instead of when my daughter expected it on her weekend off, February 1st causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Now, as my daughter is unpacking, so far she has found a 3rd GIGANTIC filler box filled with packing pads. I also filed a complaint this morning for ************************ the booking agent. They collected $875 at booking, $1164.17 was charged to my CC by Princz, and my daughter paid $1008.50 cash, demanded by the movers before they would unload. We are asking for a full refund now because of the deception, and lost wages because the stress has caused my daughter to have one of her major headaches. ** I have attached 3 photos. please notice the normal size packing container with the red lid in the photo with the 3 boxes to give an idea of the size of the 'filler' boxes.Business Response

Miss ******/*****
Good afternoon, Our apologies for the late response. Miss *****, we would like to express that we explained at the time of pickup we charge based off the space you used on the truck. You were quoted for 300 cubic feet from Top Tier Moving, when we arrived you did have an additional 200 cubic feet. You also had some additional items that needed to be packed, anytime our materials are used there will be additional charges. Most of your items where already packed, we only packed a few items and the materials used cost $200.00. As for finding fillings in boxes this is for the protection of the items in the box. All the space needs to be filled so the boxes no not smash. You also stated 3 boxes full of fillers? According to the inventory sheet we only packed 2 boxes. You agreed and singed the contract which is attached here. As for delivery it does not state that a paid guaranteed delivery date was purchased at the time of booking. ******** times frames are listed in the contract and estimate. Both state delivery can take up to 30 business days from your first available delivery date. On page 9 of the contract you will find client answered yes to being able to deliver on weekends. ***** did express she was not happy about the cost increasing. However she did decide to move forward. At deliver client did not want to sign delivery documents, but other than that we never received any complaints about the delivery. This complaint is the first we heard of any complaints, We in no way shape or form can refund the full balance of your move as we provided a service you agreed to.
Thank you,
Princz **********

I am rejecting this response because:The movers arrived without the promised 30-minute notice, preventing us from alerting U-Haul. Shortly after their arrival, I received an aggressive call from a man (****?) who yelled at me, claiming we had underestimated the space needed by 200 cubic feet. When we booked with **** at Top Tier Moving, we discussed whether our listed items would fit on the truckcubic footage was never mentioned. Yet, **** repeatedly referenced federal law, insisting I had to sign for additional space. As his tone grew more hostile, I became frustrated and hung up.
***** and I immediately contacted Top Tier, but our calls were either ignored or met with vague promises of callbacks that never came. Eventually, **** called back, sounding calmer, but reiterated that I needed to sign for the extra space or items would be left behind. Again, feeling pressured, I complied and $1,164.17 was charged to my credit card.
The movers departed at 1:00 PM for what should have been an 8-hour trip, meaning they could have arrived by 6:00 PM (accounting for the time change). However,Saturday passed with no truck, no communication. On Sunday, ***** and I repeatedly called for an estimated arrival time, leaving messages with no response. When I finally reached ********, she assured me she would check with dispatch and call backbut she never did. Sunday ended with no truck.
By Monday morning, I called again, asking for an arrival estimate. The response? "What makes you think the truck is coming today?" I explained that it was already overdue by two days. When we booked this move, we told **** ***** had days off from work for her move; never were we told the delivery date might not be the date the good would arrive. When I demanded to know where the truck was, I was first told our belongings were still in ***********. Moments later, she changed her story, claiming they were actually in ************ six hours away from delivery. She then stated we could have paid extra for expedited delivery, despite the fact that we were never given this option. This felt like blatant extortionour belongings were essentially being held hostage for additional payment.
The next morning,we were notified the truck would arrive around 10:30 AM, but we were required to pay $1,008.50 in cash or money order before unloadingcredit cards and personal checks were not accepted. Given the shady handling of this move, we had zero trust in this company, yet we had no choice but to comply.
Upon unpacking,***** discovered three enormous boxes filled solely with heavy packing materialsthis appeared to be deliberately added filler to inflate the cubic footage and justify the additional charge. None of Jennas belongings are in those boxes. Photos were attached as evidence. She has also discovered she received a very large and heavy box of dishes belonging to someone else, the tag on the box is not her number. She is missing 2 large decorative pillows matching her new couch, an antique wooden painters box full of irreplaceable paints and brushes valued at $1000, a wooden furniture piece given to her by her grandmother, broken wooden shelving unit, metal shelving unit is missing pieces. We are asking for a full refund for this unprofessional, unacceptable situation. Also, we want the missing items found and delivered, and arrangements by Princz Moving to retrieve the 4 boxes that are not ours.
Sincerely,
***** *****Business Response

Miss *****
Good afternoon Miss *****, a lot of the issues you seem to have had is from the time of booking with the booking company. Princz was never informed that a call was to be made a half hour prior to us arriving. We did call the day before pickup with the time frame that we would arrive. As we explained at the time of pickup you did have an additional cubic feet and $200.00 in packing, this is the reason the price increased.
Now I did go back and listen to the recordings and found that you spoke to *** to confirm the balance due of $1108.74 and you repeated back to her several times. She also explained the method of payments that were and pointed out it is stated in the contract that you reviewed prior to signing. Then a short time later you spoke with were you were upset the driver was telling the amount owed. You calmed *** said $$1108.74, ******** put you on hold to confirm delivery amount. When ******** came back to the call she let you know the balance was $1108.74, However we are not going to argue over $100.00 so we waived that $100.00. We also listen to the call you had with **** on pickup day, He was just trying to go over everything with you and understandably you were upset about the increase, But He was never rude. As for the pictures you have uploaded we can not view for some reason. As for you missing boxes we are in process of trying to track the item. Also will be arranging to pickup up the boxes that do not belong to you up. ******** did send you the claim information to get started with as this is procedure.
Thank you,
Princz Moving

I am rejecting this response because:My daughter hasn't received her missing items. I did receive a call from *** earlier in the week and she reported some of the items have been found in a storage unit in ********, *******. She said they would get those items to my daughter, but she hasn't received them yet. Also, my daughter still has a big box of dishes belonging to someone else plus the 3 huge boxes of packing materials. We were charged for those unused items, and I would like a refund.

Princz Moving picked up our contents for our cross country move on Thursday March 28. Initially we were told delivery would be Friday April 5th. Since the we have been given the run around. To date we have called dozens of times and sent numerous emails. No one will respond. A few times we actually get someone on the phone they cant tell us where our stuff is, when it will ship or be delivered. At this point I question if something has happened to our stuff and they are trying to hide it. They already jacked up the price on moving day and we had no choice because we had to be out that day. IF our stuff ever gets delivered- will they up the price again and/or deliver partial or damaged goods? Based on other reviews with this company I dont have high confidence. Requesting assistance to force a response for Princz moving. I am a disabled veteran who has multiple assistance devices in their shipment who desperately needs this stuff.Business Response

*******************, I'm not sure if this BBB is from prior to us resolving any issues. Either way attached is a copy of you estimate and a copy of your ***. As you can see from your estimate there is nothing listed about a direct delivery. As ******** explained to you on 4/24/24 that even if you did pay for direct delivery there still will be no exact date of delivery. This is explained in not only the estimate its also in the ***. Princz Moving as we explained before had no record of your calls and or never had a voicemail, As a matter of fact we did not know there were any issues at all (Pricing) included until your daughter who is not are client started leaving ad reviews on ****** and FB. This is the reason ******** reached out to you, She also explained the delivery time frame this is also in the *** and estimate. Since then you have received your items where there were a few damages, The biggest your dresser. Princz Moving has decided to try and replace two of the damaged items and having an professional come in to repair the dresser witch is already in the works. However we want ******************* to know that this is a courtesy. We are not responsible for any damages, as per its the clients choice on the coverage he takes on his move. As you can see in the *** you choose the state minimum coverage.

On December 10. ****************************** my home to collect payment. The driver did informed me that that they do accept cash app payments. However, when he arrived in my home, he informed me that he did not accept cash app for payments. The driver left my home and charged me an extra ****** dollars the next day, which does not state that on the contract. He did not state on the contract that he was going to charged me an extra ******. He was keeping my furniture hostage. On Dec 11, 2023, it was the driver and three other movers in ************ of the movers stoled my wallet, because when I checked my bank account there was missing money, and my wallet that I left in my room was gone. Another mover asked me, if I seen the other mover. However, he had left. I couldn't believe the driver had let a theft in my home, and probably didn't do a criminal background check. When I asked the driver what was the name of the mover who had left, he didn't know his name. I thought that was weird. I did file a police report for my stolen wallet. Also, on top of all of this I was overcharged, the mover would also changed the price every week. The storage fee was outrageous! Also, my expensive guitar was missing as well. I mentioned it to the driver, and he said that there wasn't a guitar. I know for sure I saw Princz Company put my guitar on the truck the day they got my furniture. The driver did mentioned that the guitar wasn't written on the contract. However, the words on the contract looked like scribble words, and no one could read them. Also, I had to miss work on December 11. This company was so unprofessional and rude! It seem like they robe me for my money.Business Response

To Who, This May ********************************************** Princz Moving would like some direction from the BBB on how to move forward and stop this harassment. We have more then complied with client. We have sent the claims information to her on several occasions. Last I spoke with her we did establish we did not have the correct email. Since then I believe client has followed the contract and filed a claims. To continue this back and forth over all this when the contract states we did not violate any of the terms with the client. We request this harassment stop or we will have to seek legal assistance.
Thank, Princz Moving

I am rejecting this response because:The ****** company overcharged me and my family. They keep changing the price every week. Also, they stoled my guitar, and lied about it. When I witnessed them place my guitar on the truck. I checked all my boxes as well. I had to file a police report when my furniture was delivered, because of my missing wallet. I called my bank and had to dispute unauthorized purchases that were over $100.00. The driver brought a theft into my home on December 4, and stoled my wallet. I had to file a police report as well. Also, I have not contacted the ****** Moving Company, only to file a calm for my missing guitar. I have not harassed ****** Moving company, and I'm only stating facts to what they did.

I had a moving estimate of $4797.00. from ********* Moving. to move from ****** to *******. ********* apparently sold the contract to Pencz moving. I admit that I added more items to the move. But the total ended being $13,200. I paid extra to have three lamps valued at $300 each pack by shippers. the movers managed to break two of the lamps. I had the mover pack them to insure they were properly packed. They scratched and dented a stainless-steel refrigerator which they packed. They packed a floor lamp and broke the pole and it no longer stand straight. The damaged dressers, nightstands, cat tree, dishes (the boxes had to be thrown about to do the damage) they overcharged for packing materials. They put their garbage in boxes and charged me for the shipping. There are items moved that were never put on the bill of lading, which is against the law. I was charged for extra 59 XL boxes over the original estimate. Ther were in fact extra boxed but not 59. I asked that the delivery take place on Sept 30 and was told someone would let me know. I did not hear from anyone. No one would return my phone call. I finally got my furniture on the 11 of October when I agreed to have $3500 in cash to give them upon arrival.I have received an offer of $79.00 to replace items that they packed which doesn't cover the price of one lamp. I have over $4000 of damaged caused by their inability to move and pack furniture. I am also notifying the ****** Department of justice with clause ORS *******, which exploitation addresses the financial exploitation of the elderly.I am asking for a refund of $5000 to settle the complaint.Business Response

To Whom This May ********************* I would like to address the issues ********************** had with us. In my past response I did address that at the time of pick-up ********************** was not inclined to move forward with her move. Princz Moving did not increase her rate at any time. As you can see in her original estimate she was quoted $5.00 per cubic foot. Customer had 81 pieces in that estimate, and may I make clear this was just a estimate. When we arrived customer did not have just a few more items as you can see in the signed contract also attached, Customer had 69 more pieces then the estimate totaling 150 items. This is almost double what she was quoted. I'd like to point out that at no time did the customer refuse but in fact agreed, or we would not have a signed bunding contract. As for items being damage there is a process for ********************** to follow. We received any information about damaged items from ***********************. Princz Moving takes great pride in customer satisfaction and always go above and beyond the cover that is offered threw the claims department. The contract has a claims section also we can provide additional information when we are notified of damage items. We did receive an email from ************************** lawyer stating we need to be in contact with him moving forward and not customer. In this email it never mentions anything about damages. As for accusations to take advantage of a elderly person, I'm just appalled by this. In no way shape or form would Princz Moving company ever do, But this is a matter I will have to take up elsewhere. I would love to be in contact with ********************** to go over the damages so we can get this issue taken care of. If anyone has any further questions please feel free to reach out to us.
Thank you sincerely
