We have reached out several times with no consistent return communication. After multiple attempts we were able to get someone on the phone who told us they would call in 2hours but never did. The next day, we reached an operator and expressed frustration and agitation with this process. They hung up because voices were being raised after not receiving straight answers. After I called back and asked to speak with the supervisor did they reached back via email and text and when we responded, but have still yet to receive a response. They have shown a lack of professional integrity and communication. I am hoping that leaving a review prior to the completion of service, will prompt someone to return a phone call, text or email...maybe all three. To return communication with understanding, honesty and answers. To have these frustrations AFTER our quoted price was adjusted by almost an additional $1200, you think would be understandable but it seems to only fuel the lack of accountability and responsibility that they have toward their customers.Princz Movers LLC

That being said after reviewing the calls with ********, She did try yo explain how delivery works terms that is stated in the estimate and contract. However it appeared that any information ******** tried to provide to the both of you, was not being heard at all. Princz Moving respects all of our client equally and expect the same in return. I do see that ******** also followed up by sending a text and a email with your contract to try and help understand how delivery works. We value your business and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. What a horrible and stressful move this was for my husband and I. Princz Moving farmed out our work to a company called **********. Our furniture was thrown into a trailer pulled by a pickup truck and not even a moving van. The person/persons that loaded the van, just through our stuff in and we have pictures to prove it. We had destroyed boxes, a fish tank that was not crated (cardboard used, no wooden box). We are now out $1000.00 for the fish tank charge and the entire fish tank. Every piece of our furniture has some ***** ding, or stain on it. Then after going through a third party to get compensation, they are willing to give us $89.00. What a slap in the face. Your company is a joke. Anybody that reads this review, head the warning. Do NOT go with this company. Their slogan is "We treat you like Royalty". I say change your slogan to "We treat you and your stuff like CRAP". That's a better one!!!!Princz Movers LLC

Update: Princz Moving has now responded due to the broker calling them and stopping any further work their way until they rectify the situation with us. They offered $1000.00 which still is not anywhere near what we are seeking. Guess it is time to go to court and see how a judge feels about the way our items were treated. Again, please do your research before using this company.Jeanette F

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional moving experience my family and I had with Princz Moving. Shan and the team were nothing short of amazing. Moving out of a 5-bedroom home with 4 kids is no easy feat, but they made the entire process seem seamless.While they may not be the cheapest option out there, it is without a doubt worth every *****. The professionalism, care, and efficiency demonstrated by them were truly remarkable. I can confidently say that I would absolutely choose Princz Moving again for any future moves. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a stress-free and reliable moving experience.Once again, thank you for a job well done. 5 starsI was always apprehensive about moving because you always hear horrible stories.I experienced a move from ********,********** to ************,********. The crew that packed my entire home was delicate and efficient with everything. Upon arrival in ******** everything came with no damages and they were with the time frame they provided to me. I have referred 3 other family members who have also used PRINCZ MOVING and the received the exact same treatment.Definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a small move or a big move.
