    Hard to believe the negative reviews because I've had nothing but outstanding experiences with Benchmade. I've purchased 12 knives and each one has been terrific. They have always shipped on time and were packaged beautifully. The materials have been great and the blades extremely sharp. I previously used their Life Sharp option and yes, the knives were returned with a nice factory edge but now I've learned how to keep them plenty sharp on my own. Friends often comment that they love their Benchmade knives as well. I've never heard anyone complain only rave about the quality. Can't wait to receive the two steak / table knives I recently ordered.

    I have bought numerous Benchmade knives and had to send a 2 back for service (one was my fault).Repairs were made promptly and the price to repair my fault was very reasonable. Turn around time less than a week.Overall, I will be a life-long Benchmade customer!

    I have purchased three knives and a honing tool from Benchmade. They are all made with the highest quality materials and workmanship. For one of the knives I wanted a different style pocket clip. I contacted them using the web chat. The *** was very prompt and helpful. Online ordering was easy and shipment was prompt.

    Im a knife collector of many different brands of knives but over all BenchMade is by far the very best. From customer service to fast service to their innovations. If you notice most other brands of folders are knock offs of BenchMade thats is their highest compliment! The quality to detail and the butter smooth actions are the best. Ive recently joined the thousands of other people who are getting the Bugout knife and redoing the scales and s**** sets and other parts to make one of a kind knifes What a blast.
