      B is far too high of a rating for this scammy property management company. mg experience with them matches every other negative reviews on here. lived at one of their properties for nearly 3 years. never had an inspection. i had to absolutely SPAM call her to even get her to pretend like she was going to send someone out to my place for basics maintenance like fixing my broken front door k*** when no one ever came i just did it myself. no communication, no repairs, no inspections. worst of all, when i had a roommate move out and a new one move in, i tried multiple multiple times to contact her over the course of MONTHS and was never able to get anyone new on the lease. the nail in the coffin is no call no showing the walkthrough i had scheduled with them once i was moved out. then from there they tried to scam me out of my deposit. i only got it back after i threatened to take them to court, then they sent a bad check that bounced. i threatened them (for about the 5th time) with legal action and the finally VENMOED me my deposit. biggest scam in the history of scams. these people are the worst

      SCAM SCAM SCAM! Only applied as a renter and the house was never a livable or viably rentable space. Had asbestos, and **** never returned my application fee as promised. Now, they are storing my private personal information and STILL CONTACTING ME, months later. DO NOT EVER EVEN CONTACT THIS COMPANY!!!!! Id give ZERO STARS if it was an option.

      Take your business elsewhere. The owner of this company has withheld deposits until threatened with legal action. Has not maintained my properties. Has ignored repair requests. Does not return phone calls or emails. The A- rating on the BBB website is grossly inaccurate. The owner does not follow through with anything she says she'll do. Stay far away.

      I can not figure out how to delete my complaint.
      **** immediately fixed, solved and went above and beyond for me and my son! She has been a god-sent creating a smooth and pleasant move in experience for us, has been extremely attentive and quick to respond to any and all communication.
      I was in a bad place when I left this review, and thanks to ****, I am now in a good place! I am lucky to be renting from her!!!

      As a property owner I was shocked by how terrible **** was as a property manager. Once the place was rented her follow through fell off a cliff. I would call, text and email and it would often *********** or more tries and at least 2-3 weeks to get a response. She never picks up the phone. My best guess is that she has a full time job and is running the property management as a side gig. She said she would be checking in on the property every three months and giving updates and never once did. I cant imagine how she gets decent reviews. Trusting her with my property was a huge mistake. I was so happy when the lease ended and would never hire her to manage another property of mine again. My best advice is to take your business else where.

      Take your business as a property owner or a tenant elsewhere. **** was unresponsive, disorganized, unable to track/follow maintenance requests and lease deadlines, and seemed largely ignorant of ****** tenant/landlord rules and regulations. She was totally ineffective in bridging communication between me (the tenant) and the property owner, such that we reached out to one another on several occasions wondering what the heck was going on. Full of excuses and apologies with zero efforts to improve her service.Despite my 4 years of on-time rent payments and 4 years of extended patience with her lack of communication, my family and I received no returns on our ever-rising rent payments, having to beg for months for things as simple as a screen door. A million promised upgrades that never happened. Maintenance projects and equipment installations that she was working in would be dropped, or forgotten, could you please send me the dimensions again?Good luck getting her to return a phone call, email, text message or portal request. Shes either overstretched or particularly unqualified for this line of work. Showed up ****************************************************************************************************************************** she would prepare in advance.In my 15+ years of renting Ive never felt so ignored or disrespected. In the end: Being displaced by unlawful rent hikes without fair notice, just two weeks before my son started his final year of high school.was the icing on the cake.And a surprise (no notice = unlawful) visit/entry of the unit from her and the property owner on a day that Sorry! We didnt think you would be here! was the cherry on top. Unbelievable.No one should have to put up with that kind of treatment whether they are paying $400/month or $2400/month. Certainly not someone who took better care of the property than she was prepared to. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment.

      We filled out rental application and were told it would be two days before we knew if we were approved or not. A week later we still don't know. We have tried calling several times to check on our application status and keep being told **** the owner will call us back. So far nothing. I feel like this business is a scam.

      I hired **** to take care of several properties we inherited. At first **** came across as wonderful and a go getter. Soon to find out her communication was non existent. Didnt return emails, texts or phone calls. It was almost 3 months before I finally could get the owners portal to see the work being done on our homes. I had to ask every month for an update. I listened and tried to be fair and patient. If you are going to not respond to me, who pays you! Do you treat my tenants this way, the answer is yes! I have talked to the tenants. I had home inspections on each property to begin getting work done. I had one tenant that was being difficult. I dont blame **** for that. However I would ask about the properties and if I needed to add more money for the repairs. Silence. I finally got tired of not knowing and set up a weekly call to sync with her. She showed up once. And never again. Excuse after excuse why she didnt respond. When we did finally sync it was the same as before. I asked in August to give one of our tenants notice, she didnt until December. Blamed it on the lawyer or just didnt answer me. I had specifically requested a ******* for two properties so I could list them on the market, half job on one and none on the other. Surprise visit to the properties and found them in worse condition and after talking with the tenants, I fired ****. Took another month to get my finalized statements and refund of funds. Again, after I had to followed up and asked where the refund and statements were. Told me 5/16 the assistant was mailing it out. Weird because **** didnt sign the check until 5/20! Lies and excuses and silence, not how you do business.
