Salesperson ****** said she had the perfect person for me for my QBO setup items.WRONG. They have no idea how to help me with my setup items. BEWARE. you sign a contract and then they hide behind it. I think they are attorneys, not accountants.Nobody at the company will call or email me back.Stole my $563.75 for 2 hours of BS non work.I received 0 results for what I signed up for help with. Had to hire another accountant to assist with my set up needs.

SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE, first red flag was that they don't have a ****** listing, I'm assuming to control who leaves a review. My fiance and I own a new small business where we had signed a contract for them to clean up our books (6 months of work), which totaled to a little over 4 grand, we didn't have a good feeling about it so I cancelled the contract since we had it set up for the end of the month which I have and email confirmation of, this morning there was over $4000 withdrawn WITHOUT CONSENT. We have been getting nothing but the run around when it comes to trying to get status of check payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BIG TIME SCAM.

BEWARE!!!! This company will tell you to sign a document prior to the 30 minute meeting! However, you are told over the phone you wont be charged unless you choose to move forward with them after submitting your data for their review. I had a bad feeling about this company on our zoom meeting and the man that to do migtations hid behind a black screen. We never saw his face and the lady that sets up the meeting and him contradicted each other on pricing multiple times. After the call they sent me an email requesting i submit my data for their review. I NEVER SUBMITTED ANY DATA and was charged $666.25 before the meeting started...per my cc transaction!!!!! In less than 24 hours I emailed canceling moving forward (before i noticed i had been charged!) After i had noticed the charge i called every number available including the one the lady had called me on multiple times to schedule the meeting and NOTHING! NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!!!! I called **************** and told them what happened and they credited my account temporarily. A week later i get a phone call from some one at the company telling me they are going to refund me the monies...but they never did!!! Then over a month later i get a letter from **************** stating that because they have documentation (DON'T SING ANYTHING EVEN IF THEY TELL YOU YOU WONT BE CHARGED OVER THE ********* Stating...Discovery & synthesize data migration assessment. I NEVER SUBMITTED ANY DATA TO BE REVIEWED! SO, BASICALLY I WAS CHARGED $666.25 FOR A 30 MINUTE ZOOM MEETING!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

I signed a contract with Out of the Box Technology to perform certain work on my QuickBooks. They did not do the work, failed to respond to my emails for months, admitted that my project "had fallen through the cracks," and kept billing my credit card for more than the original contract. My ************ intervened over the disputed charges, attempted to contact the company, and credited my account when **** failed to respond. Next OOTB threatened to send me to a collection agency. There appears to be a disconnect between the billing department and employees who might do the work. I had to hire a second company and pay twice for the work I needed completed in QuickBooks. A very bad experience.

There is a reason that this business is not accredited by the BBB. They are shady company to work with. They tried to debit our account for a 2 year old invoice without any phone call or explanation, or invoice provided before the debit attempt. Several attempts to remedy the situation were met with the person in charge, ******, hiding behind a receptionist to do her work. I sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls only to end up speaking with a low level employee who couldn't explain any more of the situation to me than I already knew. They desperately need classes in customer service. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING.
