      They don’t tell you upfront how expensive their products are when they don’t give you refunds. I feel misled and duped by these people. The inserts cost over $500!!! I felt I overpaid!!

      I wish the rating system had a negative star. One star is way too high for this CON! There is no medical evaluation or considerations of your needs and pain relief during this visit. IT IS ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS. Just when you think you can't be conned, if you step into the store, it will happen to you. They only got me for $600 but they were trying for a lot more. They take a left and right impression of your walking step, measure your feet, put a for sale foot massager under your feet and go into the back staff only area and grab a stocked arch support. The odds of a stocked arch support actually working for you? The odds are against you. Snake oil was sold as a cure all! I believe the same doubts and considerations should be considered when deciding how and where to treat your feet.

      I made the mistake of purchasing a gift certificate for my fiance, in December. Subsequently, I found out that we would not be able to use the services of GoodFoot for her issue. I have spent over a month trying to get my money back for the certificate. the manager was rude and unhelpful and when I contacted the corporate office and have been waiting over two weeks just to receive my money back from them. I would have thought they would have taken advantage of the opportunity to show that their customer service was world class instead I am left empty and frustrated and I feel lied to. Ripped off doesn't come close to expressing my experience.

      They put my personal info in their system. They then went through the sales tactics. Measured my feet. Took a copy of my feet. Then they went to the back and brought out the insoles, arches, and shoes. Put the arch and insoles in the shoes they wanted me to buy. Then kept telling me I needed 3 different arches for them to work right. They make sure to push things along to keep you distracted. I went to check out and saw the price $1442.00. WOW! I was shocked. This price did not include the shoes. So overpriced.
      But unfortunately, I was desperate. So, I fell for it. I asked what the return policy was she said it was in the bag. DID NOT TELL ME there was no refund. Like I said before they keep pushing the process to keep you distracted. They are defiantly there to make money and have no problem with what they're doing. I am so very much disappointed and disgusted in this company and their product. The arches do not work. I absolutely regret purchasing their products. I want a full refund. The people working here should be ashamed of themselves. My rating for this place is a big fat -0. I wouldn't give them a star, but I have to in order to leave this review.

      I've contacted the company multiple times about the poor adhesive on the arch activators, they eventually get back to me after 10 or more emails, but they will never fix the problem, they just give me excuses...

      Inserts hurt! Cause worse pain. Dont stay in place. Uncomfortable shoes. Their carpet and padding fools you- into thinking your feet feel great. NO RETURNS! But they dont tell you. They stick this paper into an envelope with your receipt. So you have no money left to see a podiatrist or buy better shoes and custom inserts. Good Feet what a joke. They should be ashamed of themselves.

      Upon entering this business the customer service representative was very unhelpful. Her first response was that she was with a client and would help me in 30 to 40 minutes. This was a long wait time but I am reasonable so I said I would just wait. Then no less than 5 minutes later she states that she could not help me at all because she was with the same client. I ask her is there another place I could go to get some help she said she didnt know. I just got the impression she didnt not want to help me. To be honest I believe it was a race thing. I believe If i had been another person of another race (caucasian) she would been more than happy to help me. Very sad.
