Don't waste your money on The Good Feet store!! I honestly don't know how they get away with selling the $5 insoles for thousands & thousands of dollars. One of the biggest scams I have seen. Not only do they rip you off, all they care about is the almighty dollar. They don't care about you, just your money. The Good Feet Store

Please please pay attention. My salesman NEVER mentioned I could buy just one insole. He convinced me it was a 3 step program I needed to follow for it to be effective. I spent the money. Fast forward I wore the insoles as recommended for 4 days. The fifth day I had a couple of hours to play pickle ball and was wearing the “maintainers” and rolled my ankle. I’ve played for years and have never been injured….it’s pickle ball. I was never told not to resume my normal activities and even told my salesman I was very active. I’ve been out of work for a week as I stand on my feet and do a lot of walking with my job. Unfortunately I can’t say whether the insoles are beneficial. I can say rolling my ankle was due to the insoles. Frustrated, broke and in pain. And lastly you don’t even need the third insole after the first month. The Good Feet Store

Be upfront with the cost!!!!!!! and be honest. If you yourself believe in your product then offer an honest refund policy and not just a worthless store credit. Your product not only did NOTHING you claimed it would, it caused worse problems that required discontinuing use of the product all together. Wish there was less than a one star rating.

I visited the Good Feet Store in Sarasota, Florida to look for Orthopedic Arch Supports. I wanted to find out how much I would have to pay before I went through the whole process. They will not tell you till the end of the visit how much you will be charged. The salesperson shows you how much you would be charged. I bought the inserts and put them on my Care Credit. I got home and decided that I made the wrong choice and called them to return the inserts. The saleperson said that they would not take them back. They had no posting in the store or on the sales slip that they do not refund your money if not satisfied. The salesperson never tells you that you cannot get a refund if you are not satisfied. I made a mistake and would like The Good Feet Store to credit my Care Credit card. If I would have known, I was not able to return the inserts for a refund I would have not bought them. I have never bought anything at a store and they did not have a refund policy if not satisfied.

1 starI believe the arch will help with my plantar Fasciitis, but only make it worst. I stop using them an went two times to the store to just get to know they are final sale and no refund. Now have a debt of 1500. over 3 archs that don't had any use to get my feet better. Be aware they don't tell you how much cost or that don't have a return policies. *********************Review fromTom M

1 starIt's a scam. The price is outrageous for what you get. You get 3 pairs of shoe inserts for approximately $1275. 1 pair is a Strengthener, 1 pair Maintainer, and 1 pair a relaxer. They are all plastic inserts. After wearing the Strengthener for about 5 minutes I had back pain and shoulder pain. I immediately removed the insert. I ended up making 2 visits to a Chiropractor for adjustments to relieve the pain. Also, since there is only one pair of each you are constantly moving the inserts of one shoe to another. I would advise anyone from going to a Good Feet store. When you first enter and ask the price, they tell you $425.00. Its not until they spent a half hour with you and you are about to check out that they tell you the $425 is for 1 of the three pairs of inserts you need.Review fromSarabeth K

The lack of information to customers regarding the no-return policy is the primary reason for a vehement complaint and poor review. I am writing primarily to warn others to consider other services rather than the Good Feet Store.
Consumers want to patronize businesses that are transparent and engage in good-faith sales. Customers want to be treated with respect, to be treated fairly and that includes offering all pertinent product and financial (item-by-item cost) information before a (rushed) sale is completed. The Good Feet Stores does not fulfill those simple customer expectations.
I returned to the store to complain in person and was told the no-return policy used to be displayed in the store on a sign, is no longer displayed, but is found on the sales receipt.
My feedback to the company is to improve by (1 displaying no-return policy prominently; 2) display and review cost of each item 3) refraining from pressuring customers to take all items, especially when a customer expresses preference for purchasing only one or two items to see if the product works for her/him. My purchase was very recent (July 2023) and I am giving the product a fair trial before rating for quality. However, I plan to share my negative sales/return experience with friends, neighbors, family members to help others avoid a costly mistake. The Good Feet Store

We went into this store looking for brooks shoes and wlended up being sold an archbsupport system for 1400 dollars on the premises that it was causing issues and we were not satisfies we can get a refund. 2 weeks later, we went in this store to inquire about a refund and the sales person did an adjustment and said that if it still did not work, then we can seek a refund. The refut still caused issues and a e came back 1 week later and was told that we needed to contact the manager and hebwould contact corporate. We attempted to call him and he never called us back and we ended up going to the store about getting a refund and he stated that it was not their policy to give refunds. The manager, Jason, was a royal jerk about the whole thing. The good feet store is a scam and prey on the misery of people's pain to sell an overpriced arch support that you can get from Amazon for under 100 dollars. The Good Feet Store

I purchased inserts from this location on 6/22/23 and called on 6/23/23 to inform them of the pain I was starting to have on my left foot, which I never had before and the discomfort the inserts were given me on my right foot. I requested a refund and that's when I was informed of their no return policy. It wasn't posted anywhere in the store or is it printed on the receipt. It's not fair I'm stuck with inserts that cost me 1,634.52 and still having foot problems. This place is a scam! Avoid at all cost (literally)The Good Feet Store

I recently purchased in-soles from them (Saturday) but wanted to return for a refund on one of the soles 1 day later (Sunday). Their return policy is not clearly stated anywhere(receipt or website). They require you to call. Was not able to speak to the person that sold them to me on the first nor second attempt but he eventually called me back. Basically repeating what the other two sales people have said ‘No refund.’ Had they advised me of their policy or lack of, I would not have made the purchase at all. This kind of business practice is very deceitful and underhanded. The Good Feet Store
