    I purchased tickets to a comedy show for 1/13/24 at 3:30 at Moda Center. The evening before the event, the city declared a State Of Emergency due to a winter storm. The date of the show, a main highway into town and the public transportation were shut down. City officials were telling everyone to stay home except for emergencies. Moda did not cancel or postpone the show and are not offering refunds even though it was not safe to be out. The evening show (7:30) did get postponed and those ticket holders are being reimbursed.

    The city is in a state of emergency due to the storm and icy conditions. Public transportation was shut down. It is incredibly unsafe and yet, the Rose ****** decided not to cancel the ***************/******************* event at 3:30pm on 1/13/2024 forcing people to risk their lives or lose hundreds of dollars. This is a blatant disregard for public safety, first responders and goes against what PBOT and ****'s recommendations. Profit over people.

    The Moda Center did not cancel the Restless Leg Tour on 1/13/24 during a declared emergency, encouraging fans to clog the roads, drain emergency resources, and risk their lives in order to not lose hundreds of dollars on tickets to a coveted show many were looking forward to. By not canceling, people cannot recoup funds. By not postponing, people are missing the show. As the weather gets worse and worse and they have encouraged fans to use public transportation that has since all shut down, they have actively endangered fans and stranded many.

    ******** ****** is in a state of emergency due to extreme weather conditions. ODOT and PBOT have instructed everyone to stay off the roads unless absolutely necessary. Public transportation is even shutting down. The power is out for over 40k people. Broadway shows have cancelled. Yet the Moda Center is still moving forward with the scheduled shows today & tonight. People should not have to choose entertainment over safety. Refunds are in order and yet to them, the show much go on. Its disgusting and unacceptable.

    Today the Moda Center had two shows for *************** and ********************** 1/13/24 at 3:30 & 7:30. The shows were not cancelled, despite having a state of emergency, roads blocked, no access to public transportation due to the TriMet and *** being shut down. No offer for refunds were made and I feel this is a violation.

    We purchased tickets to the Restless Legs Tour with *************** and *********************. Despite the county wide state of emergency, the closing of highways, and shutting down of the *********** for public transportation option they are not canceling the show nor offering refunds. We are literally being told by the state (ODOT) and the city (PBOT) not to drive due to inclement weather and only drive if it is a medical emergency. And the city suspended public transport so thats not an option so we literally cant get there. Yet when we call we are told that there will not be refunds for a show that we cannot attend. Every other venue with events tonight canceled them. The Winterhawks were still on but the team they were playing TURNED AROUND. The fact that the MODA Center is prioritizing money over ************** is absolutely shameful. When I called Ticketmaster I was told that the organizers of the event (the MODA center) said the event was still on and therefore no refunds would be issued. This is on the MODA center and the organizers of the event for putting money ahead of people.

    Hi, I have two tickets for *** and ***** Restless Leg Tour tonight (1/13/24) at 7:30pm. However, ******** is in a state of emergency and public transportation is now very limited and only a few bus routes are running. Every other event in ******** has been cancelled except ones being hosted at the Moda Center. I cant even drive or take a bus to get over to the event tonight and Moda Center refuses to cancel the event.I was hoping to get a refund for my two tickets. As someone who never complains and is understanding, Im very disappointed in this decision made by the Moda Center. Its too dangerous to be traveling and the city has advised against it.

    **** refused to cancel two events during the worst winter storm weve seen in the *** in YEARS. *********** advised sheltering in place and public transportation was SHUT DOWN. Moda (ironically a health-related company) put profits over people, refusing to cancel and issue refunds.

    We have tickets for the *************** and ********************* show for today 01/13/24 at ****pm. The city has been advised to stay indoors due to the Winter Storm. People have paid a lot of money for these tickets and **** along with the show are not assisting.

    While attending the ********************* Invitational between 11/25-11/27 at the ***********, on the final day of games, strobe lights were employed. I suffer from a neurodivergent disability that was triggered by the strobing lights that had not been previously used at games in the prior 2 days of tournament play at Moda as we attended all sessions, a fact confrimed by two ***** Services Agents spoken to at the first session of Championship Sunday. The two women also confirmed that there were no signs posted alerting light sensitive and other neurodivergent individuals of this feature to ensure we could make an informed decison about attending games. I would never have attended a game if it had been made clear that strobe lights were being used. As such, my family was unable to attend the second session of games due to my health. ***, in the box office felt that I should be able to get a refund for those session tickets due to the oversight of not advising patrons, however ****** in guest services offered me noise canceling headphones the next trip I take down from ****** to attend a game at the ***********. An intervention that does nothing for epilepsy. At this point, I just want to be reimbursed for the 5 tickets we purchased and were unable to use on championship Sunday during the second session 11/27/22. Please advise on how to proceed. Again, there was no notice or advisory of the lights prior to the tournament beginning. Nor were strobe lights used in the days prior to Sunday, an assertion confirmed by guest services attendants spoken to duirng session 1. I now simply want a refund for session 2 on Sunday November 27, 2022. Tha k you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
