    On 9 Feb 2024, purchased 2 tickets from Lumio Art Exhibits for their upcoming event in ******** on 23 March 2024. Total cost of $64.27. The postponed the event to 18 May, citing getting the artwork through US Customs. They reissued tickets and said each ticket purchaser will receive a $20 gift shop credit as a gesture of our gratitude which was never provided. ********************************************************** September, but no tickets were reissued. I began asking for a refund on 10 May as I had heard the event was going to be pushed again. I again reached out to them in August with no response. Again I reached out today and got an error back that their email address is no longer valid. According to the article below, local residents bought close to $300,000 for tickets that never had an event with no refund. This business has not tried to resolve this issue but instead cut off all communication and closed their email. *****************************************************************************************************************************************************************

    I purchased VIP tickets for an event that was rescheduled multiple times. The event never took place, there was future date (Oct 2024) listed on the website which I was hoping would actually happen, how ever the website has now taken down all future events, there has been no communication from the business and the company ticketing email account provided no longer works.This company or person scammed many people by selling tickets to an event that was never real, refund were never given and no communication provided. A criminal case should be started based on the scale and number of people scammed.

    The company advertised that they were hosting an event with art from sought after artist ******. You got to select your date and time for viewing and then purchase your tickets online. They dont give you the location of the exhibition, stating youll find out 1-2 weeks before the event. The original date was for April.In April, we got a notice via email that the exhibit was being postponed until June due to the art being held up at the border in customs. I then received my tickets from them. However, still was not told the location.I have not heard from Lumio Studio since. I never received a location or an update on the event. Their website indicates that the event is now in October, but this was never communicated to ticket holders.This same scenario has happened to folks that bought tickets for all locations. They have no intentions of ever hosting this event. This company is a scam and is not answering anyone so we cant get refunded.

    Bought tickets in early December 2023 for an April 5 2024 World of Banksy exhibit in ******* (exact location TBD). Days before the show in early April, Lumio Studios emailed to say the show has been postponed to June 7 2024 and no refunds were being issued. The show location was going to be announced 1-2 weeks prior. By June 3, I had yet to receive any communication from them regarding the venue, so I emailed them that day to ask about the location but got no response. I emailed again on June 7 asking for a refund since by that point it was clear the exhibit was not happening and now, over a month later, there has still not been a response.

    On March 28, 2024, I paid for tickets from Lumio Studio to see the World of Banksy exhibit in ***********. I understood the location was being withheld until a couple weeks before the show date. On June 6, 2024, I needed to buy more tickets for our group and when I went back to the World of Banksy website, the event was no longer available and was stating that "no events currently listed". I contacted the business to see if the event was still happening and if so, could I buy more tickets. I received an automatic response stating that they have "staffing shortages and higher than usual inquiry volume" so I decided to wait for a response. This was until I did some research and saw that they never gave a location to the people in ****** and ******* and had rescheduled. I thought this was odd so on June 12, 2024, I e-mailed Lumio Studios again asking for a refund. They sent the same automatic response and I still have not received any response as of June 28, 2024 with the event being tomorrow (June 29, 2024). I have not received any notification of a location for the event nor anything about it being rescheduled. After more research, ****.com published an article stating that other people haven't received information either.

    I purchased tickets for an immersive Banksy exhibit on Dec. 29, 2023. The exhibit was to be in March 2024, location to be determined (secrecy of Banksy and all). The exhibit was moved to June 2024, still no location given. The week of the exhibit no location was provided, no reschedule e-mail sent, and the exhibit was not presented. This was my daughters Christmas present. Id like $106.58 returned so I can provide her with another experience. She loves art. The complete website is still active and selling tickets to events they are not providing.

    I purchased tickets to the "Work of ******" exhibit that was meant to run in April in *******. The organizers claimed a secret location would be revealed two-weeks before the event date. 9 days before the event I began to email them asking for a refund because they had broken their contract. They eventually wrote back with a few days to spare and told me they were going to send the details out.Just before the event they sent a mass email saying they had customs delays and were rescheduling the event to June 8th. I requested a refund several times, did not hear any response from them and the June date came and went with no show. I did read online that they may have changed their name to LS Customs. I just saw a news release on CTV that says they may be rescheduling for Oct *****. I do not want to reschedule, I want a full refund.

    Ordered tickets to this exhibit around the end of December (dec 21), for a showing was supposed to be in the spring (April 21) but then i received an email saying the show was postponed due to problems with the border and my ticket was reissued for June 16th. I was also told in the email that I would be provided a location closer to the show but never was. I emailed several times asking to confirm date and location and was never answered back. I then emailed several times requesting a refund since I paid for tickets to a show that never happened and again, they never responded,

    Bought tickets to their show on February 10th, 2024. The show should have been April 20th, 2024 and location of the event was to be communicated 1-2 weeks before and it never was (said this instruction in multiple places). They ended up rescheduling the show to June 16th, 2024 claiming Canadian border/customs issues. Now the rescheduled date came and went and everyone has recieved zero communication from the company on anything. No notice of cancellation, no rescheduling, no location release, just silence. There is a CTV article from June 2024 about this recently happening in ******* and multiple online forums of people confirming the same experience. I have contacted the company for a refund but I have little faith in their response given others' experience reporting further no contact from the company. I plan to try to ask my bank for help as I paid by ********** but I am not sure that will take me anywhere as it was not paid by credit card. This company is absolutely ridiculous and unreliable. They should not be advertising things they cannot deliver on.

    Company was to host a Banksy art exhibit in April which they cancelled. They postponed until June but failed to announce a venue and did not host a show, while also failing to respond to inquiries. There should be some way for the city to regulate promoters who announce events in the city, take Calgarians money and fail to show up.
