    I ordered 4 tickets for a show being put on by lumio studios in march 16th totalling $157.83.World of Banksy ********. They cancelled the show for Friday April 29th.I requested a refund they said it would be rescheduled to June 14th and told me I would receive a $20 gift card to their souvenir shop.I have emailed them multiple times to ask for a refund and get no response.Please help!

    I bought 2 tickets to The World of Banksy Calgary exhibition for a total of $106 on Feb 9th. The tickets were issued but the event has not taken place since no location was ever announced. The date was originally April but then resecheduled in June.

    Jan 10, 2024 $106.58 for 2 adult tickets, 1 child ticket via TicketTailor using my credit card for the event "World of Banksy Calgary"The event was originally scheduled for April 5-7, 2024, rescheduled on April 3 for June 7-9, 2024. The location was advertised as being a secret, to be revealed 1-2 weeks beforehand (not an unusual arrangement for underground/alternative events). The location still has not been revealed. I emailed requesting a refund for personal reasons (prior to realising no location information had been provided) and received only an automated reply.

    Purchased tickets to World of ****** on January 6 for event in April. Days before event they sent an email (after several inquiry emails) saying art was stuck in customs and would be rescheduling to this weekend (June 7-9) with the location to be confirmed. I tried at that point to get a refund, they refused and gave me tickets to todays show. *** sent several emails asking about the location and asking for a refund, no response. Id ideally like a refund but also want to officially file a complaint as I dont want others getting scammed. Thank you.

    I purchased ticket for a immersive art installation for the street artist ****** on December 26, 2023 for the event schedule originally on Sunday, April 7, 2024. On April 3, 2024 I got an email indicating that the "World of Banksy Calgary event had been postponed until June 7-9, 2024. On the evening of June 7, I was watching a news broadcast identifying this event as a scam and that no location for the event had been identified and that efforts to get refunds had gone unresponded to.

    Lumio Studio sold tickets to an exhibit of work by the artist ******. They never revealed the location of the alleged exhibit and it was supposed to take place today (Friday June 7). They have also not responded to emails so it appears that the whole thing is a fraudulent scam.
