    Watch out. I was going to sell my car to these guys and had the pickup scheduled. They sent me a check the day before pickup to get it verified however it couldn't be verified through my bank and their bank was 2 states away. They wouldn't release the check until I signed the title and they had the car loaded so I couldn't take the check anywhere else to try and cash it. They said they could wire me the money but when I said ok they said it'd be midnight before it would clear. The guy on the phone actually told me it was my fault I lived in the boonies and my bank I've dealt with for 30 years was a bad bank. Said if it was a good bank they'd cash it. Every time I would ask for any solution there was a reason they couldn't do it. Said they were the biggest cat buyers in the country but couldn't reassure me I'd be paid after signing the title and p.o.a. over to them. Bottom line is they seem like a total scam and at the very least they are horrible at customer service and I mean horrible! Spare yourself the trouble call someone else. They wanted me to give them my car and hope and wait for my money to clear. I don't think so you don't go to a car lot and say sign the title over and I'm taking the car and u wait on the money because it wouldn't happen.

    My car got totaled and deemed a total loss without my say. I went to this site when it was listed on copart for auction. I signed up for the basic paid tier so that I could put a max *** on the car and then watch the ***ding action live and keep ***ding if I was out*** as I really wanted my personal vehicle back. So I am the top ***der when live auction starts, awesome. My car comes up for live auction ***ding and I get out***.What do you think I try to do since I no longer have a *** in and am out***? I try to manually place a *** on my car to buy it. SHOCKER they DO NOT allow you to do this... apparently their automated system locks you out. I tried to call customer service to resolve this issue and they kept saying it was my fault, and that I should not have put a max *** in. Go ahead and go through their website and try to find a spot that says you cannot keep ***ding on a vehicle after that... try. All that can be found is an article stating that you can continue the ***ding if you want to check into the live auction... which I did. **************** kept blaming me for the fault and even lied to me and said they would contact the lot and try to work out a deal to allow me to place a ***. When I confronted a supervisor with this info and requested the call be pulled they denied doing it and kept blaming me.This company is a joke and will not stand behind their help articles OR what their reps tell you. Because of this company I can no longer get MY personal car back that I had purchased brand new and was the only owner of. I have contacted BBB and other agencies as this is corrupt practice.

    Do not use. Horrible customer service. Definitely do not Do not ship with them they hold you vehicle more than 4 months and they try to charge you storage fee they not going Get my business no more I will tell for everyone I know
