I recently participated at Autobidmaster online auto auction, and I must say that I had a ridiculous experience. To begin with, I was attracted to the auction because of the low prices advertised, but when I won the bid, I was hit with several hidden fees that were not mentioned during the bidding process. These fees were exorbitant and increased the overall cost of the car significantly. To make matters worse, I was unable to pick up the car immediately, and the auction charged me additional storage fees for every day that the car remained on their property. I was shocked to learn that these storage fees were also not mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions.Overall, my experience with Autobidmaster auto auction was a complete nightmare. I felt cheated and misled by the hidden fees, and the additional storage fees were just the icing on the cake. I would never recommend this auto auction to anyone and advise others to be cautious when participating in online auctions.

To Whom it may ******** Hello I recently went online to purchase a vehicle with AUTO BID MASTER which partnered up with Co part. They sold me a car under the impression that the vehicle had little to no damages. They stated on their website that the repair cost was going to be $301.00 to be fixed. Out to AUTO BID MASTER, they gave me to push back that I signed an agreement for their lies and the deceitful information that they put in the description of their vehicle that lead me to purchase the car. Now, based on 3 different repair shops that advised me that the car needs at least $10k to be fixed and that I needed to speak to the company to work something out with me. I reached yesterday I spoke to a customer service manager he gave me the location's phone number and gave me the name of the General manager and he said they can exchange the car I needed to reach out to ************************* both GENERAL MANAGER for COPORT and two agents called ******* and Windy they all said they will not make any return and I lost my $2132.00. Reached out to AUTO BID MASTER they lied and were rude, advising me to reach out to COPART when I reached out to COPART they advised me to reach out to AUTO BID MASTER. Both websites are Scamming consumers and proving deceitful information both written and verbal. Here is the information concerning the vehicle that I have purchased I have attached the price of the vehicle that I paid also pictures of the description of the vehicle and similar descriptions for other vehicles that have similar information and have me signed agreements under the false impression and misleading pieces of information. Thank you, Auto Bid Master who's violated the *****TRUST LAW by ************ and not displaying proper information. I need the manager called back. I need either an exchange or my full refund and I will seek legal advise for this fraudulent activity. 03/15/2023

I bought and paid a salvaged vehicle to Copart and contracted to Auto Bid Master for the freight to ***********. They lost the title and vehicle can't be exported to ***********.Now they are offering a new title for $650!!!! that is a SCAM!!!!I never had the document in my hand so I couldn't lost it.The first transaction was between Copart and me. Why Autobidmaster is offering a new title?Copart shared to me proof of delivery of the document to *********************, (driver contracted by AutoBidMaster) I'm requesting for information about freight paid in advanced reimbursement and no one can give me directions.

Be prepared to lose your money. They DON'T CARE AT ALL about what's listed on their site nor do they take any responsibility if the car you bought is not as advertised. You can get a car you think is driving and running but you end up with a pile of junk. They charge you 30% in fees and you have to still pay to use their service! They hide behind their membership agreement and even if you file a dispute they will just spit out sections of the membership terms at you with no remorse and responsibility what so ever. Horrible business. Don't use this auto auction broker.

I really believe that this place is scamming people out of money. It started with a 350z that I purchased. I received the invoice on 11/9/22 at 6:43PM Eastern time and Autobidmaster only gave me till 11/10/22 5pm Pacific time the for them to receive a payment before they begin charging "late fees". Autobidmaster banks with ***** Fargo, and ***** Fargo claims that a wire transfer takes up to 3 business days for them to receive it. It seemed a bit odd to me because I made that payment from a ***** Fargo account to a ***** Fargo account and I uploaded my wire transfer confirmation as soon as I made the payment, So I figured that it would be pretty quick. Unfortunately, Autobidmaster ends up charging a late fee because they "didn't" received it before the deadline line. My payment wasn't "confirmed" by Autobidmaster till the 14! Due to the 11th being veterans day, the 12, and the 13th weren't business days. After Autobidmaster confirmed my payment on the 14th, they charged me a storage fee for the ***** because they claim that they didn't receive a payment. It's been 2 months and I haven't received my title for the 350z and they charged a $99 "documentation fee" which sounds like a scam. Recently I'm going through the same thing. I made the bid on 1/09/34, then I had to wait for the sellers approval, I didn't receive the counter offer till 1/10/23. I received my invoice for a on 1/10/23 1:27 pm EST time and made the payment the same day 2:57pm. On the invoice it says that they must receive a payment by 1/11/23 5PM pacific time and yet again Autobidmaster's bank (***** Fargo) says it takes 3 days to receive a wire transfer. Now Autobidmaster wants to charge more late fees because their own bank take to long. I have made multiple calls to try to prevent this, I called my bank and confirmed that the funds were sent, I confirmed that I made the payment to the right account, I even called ***** Fargo and autobidmaster for answers. This is absolutely INSANE!

These people are liars and they are taking advantage on good people who are doing business with them. I purchased a vehicle on run and drive status. The vehicle could not drive because it has a bad engine. After paying them thousands of dollars for a junk vehicle. I have to spend thousands more to buy an engine and pay a repair shop to install the engine. it's not worth it, stay away from this company.

Be careful Autobidmaster Website looks like real action website, they are only broker. I have been lost 7000$ in half months. First time, I won biding, but I regretted, it was my mistake. But in copart or other websites they will give you forgiveness. Second time, pay attention on their website about shipping cost , it changed over 2 times cost after I won bidding, so I went to FL, I tried to look at car and paid my rest cost. But ****** told me Autobidmaster just a broker, and Copart doesnt work with them this way, and wonot let me in, they said I have become their number, I paid 99$, they still not let me in. But Autobidmaster said I can go in checked it. At meanwhile, I paid local maintenance man fees, we are all At outside of copart for waiting review and picking car. after I left, Autobidmaster sent me messages said I can go, but I felt I cant trust them anymore. I Fly back to LA. Last, website said they could reduce some punishment fee, I canceled my second time bidding, they take money straight from my account. Right now, Autobidmaster service manager ***** does not return my calls and hanging my calls in many times. She said she is only manger so I guess she is very powerful can able decide any case. I am still feeling their website service doesnt not like they said, after I looked over their website in many times, they even said if you go to small claims court, you need paid their attorney fees. This is bad experiences for me, hope it never not happening to you.
