      The 500hz horn does not work, just pops. Horns were supposed to be made in *******...not china as the box shows. Your customer service does not respond, so I am requesting a full refund.Order #MH220581 (January 2, 2025), unit is suppose to have a 1 yr warranty according to their website

      6 16 2023 was the order date I pre ordered 3.0 horn and got 2.0. order # MH148418 order did come till August 2023 IT was short the relay switch need too install it I also had 2 other MOTO HORNS that I Bought They were the Dual horn ones and none of those came with the relay switch I had to spend another ***** DOLLARS to get one Relay switch . I Spent ***** ON 3.0 HORN. When I requested a refund they gave me some OUT OF COUNTRY ADDRESS in ******* were ever that is and it was gonna Cost Like OR ****** dollars TO Ship IT BACK SO I ******* . And the 2 horns that i have are not that loud.I sent them an email about relay they sent so response back . that its 2.0 horn and it out of warrrenty and i can have 20% of of the ***** relay kit. ALSO they no voice communications for returns or tech support. I spent ***** Plus The cost of 2 dual horns at *****. I have emails from them is you like them. call me .

      I purchased this dual action supposedly because it was supposed to sound like an air train horn and I received one that says 500 and another with 400. This product does not sound like a train horn. The advertisements sound way different from what I was sold. The fact that I have been sold a product that was falsely advertised, it's dishonest, nasty and you false sell a product that clearly DOES NOT sound like in ur advertisements disgust me! I want a full refund immediately. Or my next option is to pursue further action. It's beyond dishonest and comes no where near sounding like a train air horn. Your advertisement is waaaay wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THIS PRODUCT! Please refund me immediately.

      Around a year ago I purchased the motohorn online using my PayPal account. Since then I have had to close that account for payment issues and no longer have access. I installed the Horn according to the directions and video provided with the purchase. July 21st of this year 2023 my motorcycle cought fire causing me injury to the left side of my leg, hand, arm, and right hand. The Horn I purchased from this company motohorn has designed the brackets, and bolts to cause premature wear to the fuel line on particular model of motorcycle (2009 ********************** Glide). The premature wear of the fuel line caused a leak to a pressurized line that has caused a fire, and injury to myself, and damaged the motorcycle. I have experienced significant trauma, pain, and suffering threw this unexpected tragedy. I have loss and income as well as I am still taking therapy for the full restoration of the use of my hand. I contacted the company by email with no response. The phone number answers with a recording stating they don't take phone calls currently and to communicate by email only. Something needs to be done immediately to prevent other people from being injured or possibly death. I have photographs of the injury, I also have plenty of photos supporting my claim as it is a fact of poor design and instructions provided by motohorn.

      I am attempting to return a product to Motohorn for a refund. The product is a cheap scam. Unfortunately, their listed ***** number does not work. Also, the generic response I got from emailing the company suggested I pay to mail the product to Europe, with the refund taking longer than a month? I didnt use the product because it was too cheap. I simply want my money back

      I ordered a horn on May 14,2022 and paid for by me. I ordered priority mail and insurance for shipping. it was tracked to ******* **, then disappeared. I contacted the U.S post office in ******* and had then research where the product with the tracking number supplied. They contacted me back and said this company had never sent a package. it was contracted to be sent though Chinese shipping but just a label was made not sent. i have ask many times for my refund. and they said it could take up to a 15 days because of the bank they use. I call bull on all this. please help me get my money back. And also this company will not answer their phone only e-mails

      Hello,

      This particular customer's order got lost during the transit, and they were offered a new shipment with a premium shipping method.

      They refused this offer and asked for a complete refund, which was granted the same day. We have attached files for proof of reimbursement of the funds and the Gmail conversation.

      A credit card delay in online shopping for payment paid by credit cards:

      Since this customer's payment method was by credit card, it was processed through a payment gateway. Meaning that we don't have direct access to their funds or bank transfers, and all refunds go through the same payment gateway as the original source of payment. Because of this, there are delays up to 2 weeks that are due to processing payments through ***** MasterCard and other card providers.

      The customer is not willing to believe this and unfortunately there is nothing else we can do to speed this up. This is how all credit card payments and payment processing systems work for all online stores.

      In this particular case, we use BlueSnap as our payment processor, and they are currently processing the refund.
