      MotoHorn is a total scamming company. They do not sell a train horn as advertised. It is just a loud horn. Their C/S is a joke. Once they get your money, you DO NOT get a Train Horn, you get a loud horn. Send a little more and get a real train horn from Horn Blaster.

      Dual track horn did not work as advertised, not as loud as advertised, cheap plastic, I requested a refund and purchased a life time warranty and the refuse to honor what's outlined in their warranty rules !!

      I ordered these, supposed loud motorcycle horns. First mistake, I only read the reviews from THEIR website which made these horns out to be the best ever. Not true. Cheap plastic horns. I could not hook them up to my motorcycle because I needed a relay kit that obviously the company would provide for an additional *****. Total scam as they advertised how easy it was to hook up. And that you MIGHT need a relay kit. Funny how their reviews on their website fail to mention a relay kit being needed. Totally disappointed. I attempted to call the company for tech support. Guess what, you must contact them via email. You can not talk to a human being. How convenient. I was frustrated so I sent an email to the company requesting information on how to return these cheap horns. To my surprise, I can return them , BUT I have to send them to ******* which is located in ******. Cost to return ******!!!! This company has you over a barrel. Funny how this item was shipped from ****** but no returns can be shipped to ******. Are you kidding me. These guys are total scammers. Stay away from this company!!!!!! Not even worth one star rating but I cant leave a ZERO.

      This horn .1. It's cheap plastic. 2.it rattles .3.never told I would need a wiring kit to make it not h Just beep once.4 sound like regular horn .SOUNDS NOTHING LIKE IT SAID. DO NOT BUY

      Do not buy! We bought the dual tone horn as the video/sound recording on the site sounded like a train horn, they arrived and while yes they are loud they do not sound anything like what the site portrayed them to sound like. When contacted the company they said they use studio editing to make them sell better. I voiced my frustration with this and they offered me a 50% refund TO NOT LEAVE A BAD REVIEW. They do not accept returns in the US so you have to send them overseas which costs more than the product did. They said its on the return policy, which like another gentleman mentioned it is not easy to find if you can find it at all. So now I have 4 horn sets (my friends wanted them too) that are just taking up space and will likely end up at goodwill since sending them back is not an option and we essentially got scammed for $100 after the partial refund.

      MISLEADING! Motohorn says horns are plug & play. They are NOT. They require you to install and run special wiring for a relay. The advertisement failed to mention the requirement of a relay. if they had mentioned it, I would not have purchased. I installed on a ****** as per their plug & play instructions and NOTHING. Took me the better part of a day to install a relay and engineer my own wiring. Horns seem loud and are working so far. My guess is that they will stop working within six months, they are cheap plastic. At least I got 20% off.... Shop for something else that provides ALL the details...

      Installation was super easy, kit came with everything needed. When you hit the horn button, nothing happens. As in NOTHING. Silence. Reinstalled the stock horn, hit the button, "beep beep." Just so other buyers are aware, I do not happen to be the village idiot when it comes to electrical and mechanical things. This product is not worth your money. Best spend the extra money through a parts store in town and ask them if the kind of job you are wanting to do along with your ideal end result is feasible. Not really a headache like others mentioned. More of a disappointment in the product and disappointment with myself for not reading more.
