    I've never had a worse car buying experience. To start things off when we got to the dealership the car dealer acted like we wouldn't be able to afford the car due to not having a high enough down payment. After going through the finance part we were approved. Fast forward to 5 days after buying the vehicle we realized it was leaking coolant extremely fast. Took it to a shop and turns out the head gaskets need replaced along with the breaks only having .5 millimeter left to them. We drove 3 hours to this dealership with our 7 month old baby and for them to let us leave in a vehicle that wasn't even safe. We purchased a warranty through the dealership and tried using it for these repairs and were denied because "they were preexisting issues" meaning the dealership sold us the car knowing it had these issues. We contacted the dealer and they kept saying they would reach out to the warranty company to try to push it through. We kept calling day after day to get an update and they kept saying they were working on it. After 2 weeks of no update, we opted to call the warranty company ourselves and turns out the dealership had never reached out to them at all. So here we are a month into purchasing this vehicle and its just been sitting there with $4,000 worth of repairs needing done to it. Never will recommend purchasing a car from this company again.

    I hear your feedback.
    We asked for the vehicle to come back to us and this was declined. It seems that you are misinformed about the situation, communication was made with ******, and we did our best to work with the warranty company to try to pull a favor. The issue was not pre-existing, when that is said to a warranty company, they will deny the claim.
    With that being said, we were more than willing to do whatever we could to try and resolve any issues. With the hostile conversations had and threats of legal action we ceased communication.

    I've never purchased a car before that is as clean and well maintained as the ** I bought from Grip. ******** and ***** went above and beyond for me on several fronts.

    Just got a sick new WRX from them! ******** worked with me and made it super quick and easy! They also covered the cost to fix up the tint on the rear windshield and for the car to be retuned! Overall great experience!
