      I Made a purchase as per submit uploads. Never received the product. However they did take money from my account. I would love to be reimbursed. I see now they are closed. Thank you

      Order was placed on 5/25, money was debited from my account on 5/27, still showing in process and never received my order. Company does not respond to emails, phone calls, or social media messages. Many other people having the same issues attempting to get refunds on their orders for months. Their website is still up and appears to be taking orders.

      I want to preface that I have ordered CBD from them for years and loved them. But all of a sudden they have ghosted thier customers. Placed order on May 29 2023, never received any updates on my order. They arent replying to anyone and have taken thier instagram page down. Very suspicious.

      I ordered a few things from this company on 25 May 2023 through their website. After the $88.73 USD was paid and an order receipt was issued, I did not receive any confirmation of postage. I contacted the company through their online chat bot, left my email several times throughout the next couple of weeks. I have tried calling, but an automatic messaging system responds 'no available customer service agents - leave a message'. I have messaged them on ********* instagram and through their customer service email address found on their website. There has been no response. ****** reviews shows that several people have had the same issue in the last 5 months. I was hoping this could be looked into as their website is fully functionable and taking orders. Ideally, I would like to get my money back on this, but I understand that this can be difficult without going through the law courts. Thank you for your time.*************************

      I ordered goods that never came. I emailed customer service three times and no response. The email gets kicked back to me mailer daemon. Tried to call no answer. I believe they went out of business. I would like my money back. The order number is ****** and the total is *****. Thank you kindly for your attention to this matter. *******************

      - I placed an order on thoughtcloud.net on 24/5/23 for two items totalling $77.78. - The funds were deducted from my account immediately and the website appeared to confirm my order but did not provide any tracking as it was processing.- I never received an order confirmation email, although their promo spam continues to arrive inviting me to checkout what was in my cart. I am also still getting new spam emails advertising sales.- I was not prompted to set up a password for the account so when I tried to log in to see the order status, I clicked forgotten password. No password reset emails ever arrived, however still getting spam.- On 5/6/23 I began the process of reaching out to customer service to find out what happened.- I tried calling, there was no answer. I wrote via the contact form but did not receive an automated email with the support ticket details as they have done in the past.- Finally I emailed ********************************** the same address that the spam comes from and on their contact page, and got a mailer daemon reply saying it was undeliverable due to the email address does not exist.- I also messaged through their social media pages - ******** and Instagram, no reply. The comments on their social media pages are all from other customers who havent received their orders. - I have ordered from this company several times over the past 3 years and did not have any problems. I suspect something sketchy is going on.- Because I did not receive an order confirmation, I have no order number. I have attached a screenshot of my online banking showing the funds deducted from my ***** as well as my attempted correspondence via email to the same address that sends spam. (just to prove that they have in fact got the correct email)*Please note that if trying to contact me via phone please use +61 prefix on the number I supplied above, it would not let me enter it. *********** is the correct number. Also my zip code is **** as I am in *********.

      Items not shipped, no one pics up phone at posted phone number for there customer service. No one answers emails, Looks like there not sending orders out to a lot of people. Seems there no longer in business .

      As of April 2023, to my knowledge, ThoughtCloud began taking money without providing the products they claim to sell. Instead of confronting the problem and providing refunds for the money they took, they instead turned off all email and phone services on their part. No refunds have been issued and ThoughtCloud is no longer contactable through any form. To the best of my knowledge, this is theft.

      I purchased an order from ThoughtCloud on March 11th 2023, and paid for Priority Express shipping, so my order should have arrived by March 14th 2023. My order total came to $240.87 with an order number of ******. I ordered (10) Delta 8 vape cartridges.The order has never arrived. The tracking number provided from ThoughtCloud is **** tracking number **********************. I have ALSO reached out to **** in attempts to locate this package, and I have reported the charge to my credit card as FRAUD. I did place this order but it is not fair to never receive it, to be charged for it, and to NEVER hear back from the company. I have reached out to ThoughtCloud's customer service line via email, phone, chat through their website, and via comments and direct messages on their social media pages. I have never received a response from ThoughtCloud, their customer service, nor from their owner, ***. This is not fair and not right. They are stealing from customers. Please look at the comments on their Instagram page (it's just the word ThoughtCloud) if you can. I am one of MANY customers with this same exact situation.
