Poor quality workmanship, different employ each time, make fake problems and charge high prices to repair problems they created.

This company made the decision to run an extremely loud generator out of one of their work trucks from 9 pm -11:30 PM last night. I requested for them to shut it off, as it violates noise ordinances here in ******** to run them after 7 PM. The workers shut it off and then turned it back on after I went inside. I called the owner *************************** through their emergency line and he said that he would have the turn it off. An hour later it was still running. I then called the non-emergency police line and am planning to file a complaint with the city today. If this company can't even follow local noise ordinances, I highly doubt they will follow local regulations when cleaning your kitchen space.

We work at night and provide services to keep buildings and their inhabitants fire-safe. When cleaning, proximity to residences is taken into account. A generator is never used. We have a gas-powered pressure washer for cleaning when in a non-residential area - and we use electric powered equipment when in an area with residences. That night, we were using electrically powered equipment - and have not received a sound complaint while cleaning this location in the prior ***** years(using the same equipment and usually cleaning until 4-5 am). The city ordinance for sound is 65 db after 10:00 pm(assuming mixed-use property), and our equipment produces far lower than that sound level when testing with a decibel meter. On January 24, we received a call complaining that a generator was running outdoors. The caller was told that we we would call our team to turn off this loud equipment. Our team was called, and they explained that only our electric equipment was being used. Due to that - and that the service was mostly complete, we finished.Though we were operating at a lawful level of sound, we do understand that some people are light sleepers and are more sensitive to sound than others. We do apologize for not being able to adapt to the caller's issue that night, but if an issue like this occurs, we take steps to alleviate the stress to that person in the future. In this particular case, we will aim to work with our customer to see if there are hours available for cleaning prior to their normal business hours. We do appreciate your feedback, whether positive or negative - it helps us to be a better company.

It's wild that the owner of this business is outright lying. They absolutely were running a generator and I have a video of the generator. I also have video of the noise from inside my apartment across the street with my windows closed, both of which I have provided to the city department that handles noise violations.

The equipment that we use is a gas powered pressure washer and/or an electric pressure washer - depending on the cleaning circumstances. So, no - I am not lying. Over the years, we have received a complaint from time to time about sound - especially if we are using the gas powered pressure washer too close to residential spaces., but never at night do we use the gas powered equipment downtown -due to noise ordinances. If you would like to text or email the video(our main number can be texted), I'd appreciate it - in order for the sound you were experiencing to be better understood. I would not think that our team would use the gas-powered machine and then lie about it. There is not motivation to do so.
