      They ****. Product broke, filed claim and got an initial thanks for reaching out generic response. Nothing since. Even sent a follow up asking for an update and never got a response to that either. Buyer beware.

      Not to dismiss the other reviewer's experiences, but I had a positive warranty claim. I had a problem where the knife sheath wouldnt stay on the straps anymore due to the straps being a bit too short and the velcro starting to failing. I contacted Gerber and they took care of it.Granted, it took them a REALLY long time to respond, and I did send one follow up email asking if they received the intial contact, but they eventually contacted me asking for more info and some photos. It then took them quite a while to ship a replacement out, but thats to be expected. A company's priority is to process and ship new orders over warrantly claims.They sent me 2 replacement sheaths, so I cannot complain one bit.Restored my faith in the company. I was pretty worried after looking at the complaints.

      ZERO ***************** Phones are disconnected and multiple ****************** emails go unanswered after weeks. Doors are locked to the public . Mediocre products with TERRIBLE customer service - as in NONE. Good luck if you have a warranty issue or problem with an order- which I will never do again with them! If I could rate them ZERO Stars I would
