    These people are still charging my card I sent proof and they never refunded my money. They are scammers.!!!!

    I didn't need the website as it wasn't generating money and was just costing me money. I didn't have the time with my schedule to bring it up to par, so I looked up how to cancel. I learned I had to email a request. I did so, and was offered a discount. I didn't take the offer. I left it alone and waited. That was August 23rd that I received his response. This morning I was charged for another month. I tried calling and it went to answer machine and I left a message. I also sent an email. I called a second time to no avail. I just want a refund and to cancel the website. Please help.

    Have used inadot for almost a year and switched to annual. I put my card info in and they keep charging me $0 and locked my account and won't let me do anything even though *** tried to pay several times and I know my balance is good. Honestly a dog s*** website service with unreliable service and owner. Ive spent time making this site for my business and its a huge waste of time and money. ( I payed several subscriptions prior to trying to upgrade my sub). Theres no where to contact them and even so I'm completely locked form clicking anything on site but pay balance which Ive done 3 times now! This site is trash!

    ****************** is under a free trial, which has expired. The account is locked due to failed payments.. Inadot isnt a free service. If you want to use the service, make sure your bill is paid like any other online service. Nothing new.

    Monday, August 5th 2024, I subscribed to a free three day trial with Inadot. Not even a couple of hours later I realized I didnt need it at all. The only way to cancel this subscription was to contact them through their email. I tried to contact them the same day the trial was activated and got no response. I tried emailing them multiple times and still havent gotten a response over the course of a couple of days. The trial sets to end on Thursday, August 8th 2024. I have a day until I get charged again and I need it to be cancelled.

    Our support staff responded back to the customer via email and I, the owner, responded to him on live chat. We resolved this issue and didn't leave the customer hanging. Hope all the best for him and his music career.

    Inadot *** has been charging me for a beat store that I did not use or ask for and tried to cancel once first payment was taken out and then they keep charging me and more than in 30 days over and over again ..I want my refund now ..they took money juky 26th as of recent and again today August 19th

    In march 2023 i decided to start promoting and selling my music with inadot. Went with the most expensive feature they had and paid $360.In the plan they included an app of your own which that was the selling point for me. After 2....3 weeks there was no activity on this front and when contacted they told me they have some problems with the apple platform and they couldn t deliver the app feature.I asked them about the timeframe of this problem being solved and they had no clue and since i wa there for the app in particular i asked them for a refund because they couldn t deliver what was promised in the plan. When contacted on fb messenger **** the owner told me they could only refund me half of the money as a one time courtesy. I said ok but had nothing from them for like maybe a month in. After many attempts to contact them with no response i decided to escalade this with pay pal but because of insufficient proof they decided to give the winning case to inadot.I contacted **** and his team again and they told me basically that they won the case and they are not gonna pay me anything back. I So after i lost $360 and no refund i decided to write in here and see if someone can help or at least to raise awareness about this so called company. I felt like i ve been scammed .Thank u for your time

    This issue was already escalated to the payment processor, PayPal, where we won the case. It was closed and favored to us due to the customer making completely false accusations.

    I am rejecting this response because there's no reason for me to lie. Why would i escalade it further?... u make no sense. Here's the proof we messaged on fb messenger and of course after 3 weeks of ignored emails and no response i had to take it further to PayPal which for some strange reason didn t let me upload these and the case was awarded in your favor. The idea is that u scammed me for $360 without no services in return or the $180 refund promised.
