    Inadot is the real deal! Ive been using the service for the last two years for my music website and recently started submitting for sync, licensing opportunities! I know sink is very competitive, but Im very happy and thankful to be one of the members that received consistent placements. Id highly recommend for any musician or producer looking to diversify their music path.

    I canceled my account back in October of 2023 and they still charge my account complaint several times about this to there support staff and nothing is being done and I don't have duplicate accounts only made one and canceled the same one the charges won't stop

    This customer is referring to their domain fee that got billed, which is a yearly renewal for people who want custom domains. They did NOT cancel their domain as they kept domain ownership. Their standard account was cancelled and no longer billed.

    Company continues to charge my account after I reached out to them several months ago. I was cancelling the subscription because I do not use the platform nor have I used it.customer service is aloof. They continue to charge my charge even when the money isnt there ! Then wont allow you to delete account on platform . I want my refund for every attempt made to close this account with ********************** ! Really poor business practice.Im demanding a refund its very upsetting!***************************

    This customers subscription was cancelled. They were on a $10 plan and it was cancelled. Accounts can be deleted in the settings.

    It is impossible for me to cancel my subscription to this website. When I wrote customer service to cancel, they told me to do it from the user dashboard. When I tried to cancel (or even change my billing method), it only provided a link to my PayPal account. When I tried to cancel payment from my PP account, I was directed back to the website. When I told Inadot cust service about this, they responded they could not cancel the subscription because I was paying via PayPal. It seems a stretch to think they cannot simply delete my account, and I believe they are drawing this process out to milk as many $ out of me as possible before cancelling my subscription. I need help in getting this subscription cancelled, and ideally receive a refund for any money paid to them since my initial notification that I wanted my subscription cancelled.
