      Rip off s.o.b' charging me over 100$ more a month then what they should be why is this the only choose for power i thought that was illegal to monopolies

      Worst company in history. My daughter is extremely sick and they refuse to turn my power back on. I told them I could pay a payment tomorrow as I have $0 in my account right now, but they couldnt care less that my daughter is sick and we need our power on. ***** who is a manager has no compassion at all and was the most insensitive unsympathetic person Ive ever dealt with. Do better pacific power!

      Rocky Mountain Power is the worst power company. My power was disconnected due to non payment. I had paid them earlier in the morning using the website. On my account information it didn't say anywhere that I would need to make any kind of minimum payment for my power to stay on. After my power was turned off, I called them just to find out that I would have to pay an extra $283 reconnect fee. My power was turned off for less than 15 minutes before I called. The economy is already awful and this company just makes it worse! Then, I have to call them back after making my now $404 payment. I was on hold for 25 minutes. Now, they're saying it could be up to 24 hours before my power is turned back on. It's 80 degrees outside and going on 100 degrees inside my house. If you have a choice of power companies don't choose these greedy, price hiking a-holes! It's not difficult to see why this company is always in trouble! I hope the government cracks down on this company hard.

      Rocky Mountain Power is raising prices over 30% across the board. Wish I could fire this company. We're on a fix income/budget. This is why I'll consistently voting against RMP and the Democratic party. And if ************************* institute price control, I'll vote against her Communist regime.

      I was past due and got a notice that specified my service would be disconnected "in 48 hours." My money was due within 48 hours so I thought I would be ok. I woke up less than 24 hours later to the power being off and now have to pay more I wasn't planning as a deposit and for the reconnect fee. They said power can be shut off "within" 48 hours which the notice does not specify.

      Rocky Mountain Power residential customer service is really bad..it should be against the law how long they keep you on hold...first 9 minutes then they say 10 minutes and so on and so on....you can start service online at a new residence but you can't start service online at a new residence...my wife has tried the last 3 days o and on hold forever.I am typing this whole I'm on hold with them too..It's a joke...and only in **** where they don't give a c*** about the consumer...

      Rocky Mountain had to perform emergency repairs at my apartment complex. Not only did they email me, they texted and cheddar as well to inform me of the upcoming repairs. This was so appreciated because my son is autistic and does not handle power outages well AT ALL. He legit panicky, ifs very stressful for him. With RM keeping in contact with me multiple times, I was able to ready my son for the outage this morning. He handled it 1 million times better because I was able to prepare both him and myself for the outage. The outage was only a fraction of the time stated (4 hours reported but only took 3) and when there's an outage otherwise due to unforseen circumstances, ** has a crew here super fast and repairs are made very quickly. Thank you so much for making me aware of the outage ahead of time, and repairing things so quickly. You truly saved my son (and myself) hours of anxiety!!!!
