I had a slight issue with my ticket purchase. I was assisted by a wonderfuly helpful person named *******. They assisted me in correcting my issue and were very clear with their questions and were able to get everything resolved in no time. 10/10

The date I bought tickets originally for the ********************** showed theres a good chance it was going to rain. I reached out and ******* was the one that helped me out. He was super fast and exchanged our tickets to a different date with better weather! i purchased tickets and when i printed them i noticed the time was different. i sent email asking to change and at first was told venue sold out and ask for a different day/time. I sent one more email and luckily, they were able to cancel my old tickets so someone else could attend at that time and they reissued for the time i originally thought I requested. No harm, no foul. had an issue ordering tickets for 8 at the polo happy hour event where we could sit together. submitted an online ticket to see if the tickets could be changed so we could be together. ****** ******** from Afton Tickets, responded the very next day and resolved my issue. 4 starsCompletely non-refundable/exchangeable tickets are just horrible. Things happen and should be simple to fix. Especially when its a drive through event such as this one. However, customer service completely fixed the issue and gave me another ticket for the date I needed. It was fast, easy, and I got what I needed!All we care about.Review fromArlene C
