1-Date of transaction: 1/27/2025 2-Amount paid to PSC: $13,225.90 3-Pacific Service Center unfulfilled commitments:(a) Connecting the generator to the ** unit (b) Install right taillight (c) Diagnose *** light 4-Dispute: (a)They connected the generator to the ** incorrectly. The connection from the ** unit to the generator needs to be modified with a circuit breaker where the wire changes from 10ga to 12ga for adequate protection; as of now, it is dangerous and could overload the wire, causing a fire and destroying the vehicle. (b) The passenger taillight was installed, but there was no power to the light because the wire was disconnected and bundled behind the rear bumper. A new light was installed, however it never functioned. The original light likely worked, and they simply added a new light without wiring it. I could have gotten a ticket, or worse, could've had an accident.(c) They diagnosed the *** light problem, then claimed the part increased in price by over $600. When I declined the repair, they refused to give me any information about their findings so I could take the vehicle to another mechanic.Extra grievances:(a) PCS claimed they couldn't source a dash vent, yet my mechanic was able to find one by simply googling the part.(b) They have charged me $2,640 for 16 hours worth of what was labeled "labor collision," even though I never came to them for any collision issues. They also charged me $197.15 for "Mechanical Operations at ********." Again, I never had any collision issues. When I asked what those charges were for, they refused to give me an answer.
