    Stay away from this company! They professed they are a one-stop shop (mechanical, paint, interior, etc). I was very excited to have one outfit that tended to all my needs, but it was soon evident that communication between different departments was lacking, and the manager's communication with me was also sub-par. I must have emailed and texted four to five times, and it wasn't until I called and left a few messages that I finally received answers. Meanwhile, my truck was held hostage until the different departments could figure out basic quotes. When I finally picked up my truck, things weren't finished and they overcharged me more than $600. They placed a new backlight without consulting me, and it was a different model than the old one. When I asked about this they admitted they didn't; have a matching light and would order another one but when I tried emailing them a few days later, they hadn't even ordered the part yet! There's too much to complain about, but in a nutshell: they **** at communication (in-house and with customers, they over bill, they don't finish the job correctly, and they don't seem to care about the customer timelines. The only good thing that happened was the painting ********************* team did a bang-up job.-Now they have charged me more than $2,600 for what was labeled "labor collision" even though I never came to them for such an issue. When I asked what those charges were for, they refused to give me an answer. These people are crooks, stealing for small businesses and taking advantage of their customers.*If I could give them Zero stars I would!

    Thank you for the clarification. I would like to add this recent discovery (of the tail light not being connected and not working) to my review. I had filed a complaint against Pacific Service Center, and it has now come to my attention that they had changed out a taillight and the wire was cut and taped under the bumper. They did not change the other light, only this one. The lights didn't match and they refused to put in another matching light to make it a set. They also never asked me before changing out the taillight that did not work. When they changed out the light, they should've made sure that it was in working order. They basically gave me back my truck without making sure that the new light worked. I could've gotten a ticket, or worse, could've had an accident.

    Another issue has come up that I would like added to my file and review: Pacific Service center was meant to hook up my generator to the ac unit and did it incorrectly and wasnt fussed properly which could be a fire hazard.
