      I would give no stars, but that is not an option!I ordered three gift baskets - two of the three made it to their destinations. The third, ordered on 12/22, was not shipped until 12/26 and will not arrive until January 2 - the recipients will have returned to their home by then. The customer service is probably the worst I've seen, and these days, poor customer service is 'standard.'

      I ordered 8 gift baskets from Made In Oregon online. I received one basket and was told the entire order, 8 boxes, were shipped. Come to find out they printed one shipping label multiple times for the entire order and put the same label on each box, making 7 of the boxes undeliverable (the shipping code had already been used). When I contacted them they told me I would have to pay for shipping again if I wanted the rest of my order. They took zero responsibility for THEIR ERROR and refused to send me my packages I PAID FOR (including shipping!), until I give them more money for shipping. They have $533 of my money in limbo right now. I would not recommend ordering anything from this business. Their customer service is a joke.
