    PREYING ON THE ELDERLY!! AVOID. ******* from Century Benefits mailed a card to my 88-year-old grandma saying she was delighted to be my grandma's new agent for healthcare. ******* says she did no such thing and never wanted to move away from the provider she's had for decades. The next day, we got a letter from grandma's original healthcare provider that she was "disenrolled." What?!? According to the new healthcare provider that grandma was switched to (Humana), the application was "filed electronically." Impossible - grandma has no computer, no internet connection, no cell phone and no email and, therefore, cannot possibly have signed her application electronically. We filed an agent complaint with Humana. Fixing this is taking many, many hours and causing a lot of stress. Worse yet, we found out all this a day before a critical doctor's *********** with the original provider and needed to make a choice to pay for it fully out of pocket or delay critical medical care. Can't see how these people can live with themselves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people have no morals. Scumbags.

    Call even after told not interested. I'm 73 yo and already have the only ******** Advantage plan my PCP accepts. This "Open Enrollment" period every year is a pain when insurance companies won't take no for an answer, and this one won't. I no longer answer my phone unless it's someone I want to talk to

    I have been called/harassed for two weeks so far. I get a daily call. *** asked politely to be removed from their calling list. Now after two weeks Im down right rude! I guess Ill just call them everyday and ask them personal questions.

    Century Benefits call my telephone number every day, somtimes twice a day. I have a log of the telephone number, date and time of the calls HARASSMENT - THEY HAVE REFUSED TO STOP AFTER I TELL THEM TO STOP CALLING

    We show a total of six calls over the course of a month. **** submitted an online form requesting us to contact her. We have added her to our internal DNC. However, that will not stop the calls from other companies that also received the contact request. Her accusations are false. We do not believe this review is accurate.

    These Asshats called me saying that they were from ******** I told them that I think that this is a scam and they said that it wasn't I hung up and called the number back they answered century bennifits Liars

    I have asked to have this *** to take me off their call list. I even was put on a no call list. However, at least two to three times a day, l get calls from this *** And if l hung up on them, a moment later, just harassing statements and laughter.l have to use my phone for local business calls and now they make up fake local numbers. Even if l was looking for your type of service l would never work with a business who employs such rude and childish staff.

    Century Benefits calls me at least monthly. I checked with ******** regarding changing plans apart from the open enrollment. The *** rep told me this can only happen under very specific guidelines. Today "**** D" from Century tried to tell me that the Covid19 pandemic made this applicable. Um. No. The company uses a call center that according to **** they "barely speak English". The call center says they are calling from "******** Department" and that I'll get a $50 food card and no co-pays with this new plan. All 3 are misleading statements. Because it's an outsourced call center there's no application of the federal *** so they call me anyway. After I stated that I felt the intro was misleading and the ability to change plans suspect **** instead of gracefully hanging up proceeded to berate me. After I said my number was listed on the *** he commented I could "hang up anytime". When I didn't he made comments that were insulting and belittling. He offered to stay on the line "all day" as he was paid regardless. When I said that was fine he moved on to comments like "is this what you do for kicks?" Asking everything from if i watch Jeopardy to what I do all day he peppers his rhetoric with insulting suggestions. When I didn't engage him his comments became worse. This is the 3rd time I've dealt with ****. It's his usual behavior. Not a company I think anyone should do business with.
