    On March 22,2023 I contacted the rep of the above company and requested a cancellation of services due to unethical business practices. I was told that the services for the internet channel box included a level called Popcorn which included all movies old and new. however when he charged me it was done at a higher price. when I notice it I question the owner ***** and he pretended to show an interest after waiting for 3 days with no response I contacted again. after waiting for several more weeks without a response from the company I decided to return the boxes ask for a refund and cancel the monthly service.The owner(*****) Charge my account another monthly fee even though I canceled the service weeks in advance and I was charge an over the limit fee of $35 due to this unauthorized charge when I continue to question him regarding why he charge me and when will he provide me with the refund of the unauthorize charge his reply was you are just mad because I didnt give you a discount. my reply to him was I was disappointed because you didnot honor the initial agreement and charge me a higher amount however it dont have anything to do with this additional unauthorized charge. He refused to refund the amount and stop communicating
