      I have had an over charging issue for months. I have complained for months. I go to ****** ************* in ********** for an eye injection of Eylea.I get One (1) unit in my right eye. I continually am billed for 2 units instead. I called ****** billing department months ago and no return calls. I spoke with Legacy billing twice regarding this overcharging, was told they put in an order to have it looked at and they would get back to me...TWICE, no one ever got back to **** filled out a form on line about this issue and got a phone call from someone named ***** on Nov2. She told me she was overseer of all of Legacy billing depts. She told me that she was sending an email as we were speaking and I should hear from someone the next day or the following Monday. No one contacted **** have since left ***** 2 voice mails and she has NOT returned calls.I just want this fixed and the longer it goes on, the harder it gets. I saw the Dr on Nov 17th...He's upset with all this billing stuff and said he would not charge me for that days injection. He would use the pharma coupon for that days injection. Well low and behold I get the bill last night in email and I was charged and I was billed for 2 units again when I only get one unit. Each time I go to get that injection the bill is over 7k! What they are doing is rude and wrong. I was told that there are others complaining about being overcharged as well. Something is wrong.

      Don't stop if your bleeding, inhad been bleeding since around 6am and tried multiple times to stop it finally my wife convinced me we should go.We went to legacy urgent care in ******** walked in and there was no one waiting in the lobby.I explained the situation to the ladies at front desk and they went back to talk to someone they came back with 2 other people who then decided they could see me and turned me away , I guess I was a bit stocked someone bleeding and no service. It shouldn't matter but I have some of the best health insurance but they never asked. So we left and stopped at another location for urgent care, they were quick and felt that this was a urgent matter after reviewing the wound they cotterized the wound. What type of urgent medical place would denies service when someone is bleeding Legacy
